Such an awesome location and every staff member deserves 20 stars for their kindness and service every time!!! Best location ever!!!

I came in from out of town for a wedding in Joilet and scheduled an appointment for a curling style with Amanda. She did a great job with my hair and my curls are still bouncy the day after! I also bought some items and the store is neat and organized.

If you need to get your brows done book with Melissa! She is sooo kind and will answer any questions you have. I got my brows laminated and they look amazing!

I LOVE my Ulta. I wish there were more closer together bc this location sells out of things quickly. But always helpful staff.

Nicky helped me pick out some adult makeup as I'm seasoned and still wearing Maybeline‼ I love what I got and I appreciate her youthful spirit to help guide me through😘😘

I came here with two of my friends yesterday. One of which is getting married and has been really stressed and busy with wedding planning. I really want to just say I truly appreciate all the girls, Alicia, Melissa and the girls at the register, whose names I couldn’t get. I know you guys were stressed out with us being there a little bit after closing time. I’ve been there before, and I just wanted to say I know what that’s like. But I just wanted to say thank you guys so much for your patience and helping us get what we needed. Truly. Thank you guys! I hope they see this.

Abbey the stylist does beyond phenomenal work! She gave me the best cut and color I have ever received in my life. I actually felt beautiful feminine for once! Thank you so much Abby!

I totally loved coming to get my hair cut and blow dried here. I was new to this location and Lidania made me feel right at home and came out feeling lile a new person. After getting my hair over processed some time back i hated to see it tangled and dry. But she even offered me treatment which i took. She also took her time to advice me on proper hair care and recommend products which i came out with one lol... Sure will be back. It's employees like this who make you want to come back!

Was in and out with no issues. I actually knew what I was shopping for so no need for me to interact with staff so much. I do love going to this store though. Shop online you get free gifts to try products you may never have tried.

I brought in my daughter to have more than a foot of hair cut and bangs and a new style. She had never been in a salon before. Amanda was amazing with her. She took the time to talk with my daughter and make her feel comfortable. She made sure to know what my daughter wanted for her hair. She talked with her about styling her hair and really just went above and beyond to make sure she would go home happy. Thank you for a positive experience.

My son has a tough time with social environments and sensory. He really wanted to feel confident in the new school year, so he asked to get his eyebrows waxed... Taylor definitely is amazing. Communication was 10/10, was okay with it being silent but told him everything before it happened. Always smiling. Big fan.

Went in yesterday while I was having a tough day and overall under a lot of stress, but when i asked the front cashier, Vicky, for some help her kindness really lifted me up! Every time I visit Ulta the staff is friendly but no one tops my girl Vicky! She really went above and beyond to help me find a fragrance that was similar to my fave, Glossier’s You perfume and was so so incredibly kind!!! She is super patient and sweet and you can tell she genuinely wants others to enjoy their shopping experience, which is all I could ask for when it comes to customer service!!! Vicky if you’re reading this, you deserve the world queen, your kindness makes an immense impact on the lives of others and it is appreciated big time, thank you.

Went in fifteen minutes before they closed and asked to get assistance. This young lady was so helpful and made my experience a breeze. I highly recommend this Ulta. Loved how welcomed I felt when walking in. They greeted me and let me know about their current promotions. The store layout was definitely on point. Clean and well stocked store. Couldn’t be any happier when shopping for my favorite make up and hair products.

Melissa is a fantastic associate and does an awesome job when it comes to eye brow shaping and tinting . All the joliet Ulta associates are great and very helpful.

I took my 14yo daughter to get her eyebrows done for the very first time. Jordan did an excellent job, made my daughter feel comfortable and her brows were beautiful. Jordan took her time to make sure she did a good job. Will definitely go back to her.

Had to return and exchange a few things. It’s so awesome you can bring in online purchases and exchange and return in store. Fastest I’ve ever gotten in and out and I got exactly what I wanted. I’ve been an Ulta customer since they began and this store is truly one of the best around. Always helpful knowledgeable and professional.
