Shoe Carnival

It's been a while since I was out here so I came back to grab a new pair, prices for high quality shoes have dropped and are now affordable! Staff is helpful as always and the new kicks feel great!

Good variety of products, easy one stop shopping

I've always found Shoe Carnival to have good prices on shoes. The staff has been helpful during check out even when the line gets longer.

Came right before closing, and staff were still very helpful and happy to help. Kevin, Levar, and Daya were able to help me order shoes that were not in stock. I wish more employees everywhere were as polite and helpful as them.

Awesome selection of shoes. Prices were very competitive, even against online sites. Our second shopping was even better. They were out of the size we needed, so they ordered it and had it delivered to our home for no delivery charges. 3 to 5 day delivery.

Big place, nice & clean. Lots of shoes on display for my son to pick out his own. Was able to find his size on my own. Quick checkout, and he’s good to go!

Customer service is always so good here that I've become a loyal customer of a shoe store relatively late in life.
Today, my son desperately wanted a specific type of shoe. He found the exact shoe at Shoe Carnival and, after trying them on, realized his size wasn't available. He didn't want to wait to have it shipped, and the website thought it was in stock at this store.
Both an employee and manager checked for it, without me needing to ask for that, in case it had been overlooked or mis-shelved. They agreed it wasn't there, and looked up the nearest stores with it in stock. That was good, but what was great was that they didn't want me heading out to another site where that size might be missing. I said I could call there. The manager instead said he'd call so that he could be sure they checked it was really there and put it on hold for me for a few days.
The Joliet store employees don't tally a sale for that work, but they create customer loyalty for both this location and the chain. I sure hope there's a way to track that kind of customer service so corporate knows that the Joliet Shoe Carnival is doing something very right at a time when it must be hard to retain good employees like these.

They ordered the special size shoe I needed and it was delivered to my house a few days later. Not often you can go back a year later and get the same product (I liked this particular tennis shoe for work) at these stores.

They have great shoes at different prices. Always happy to help you in any way.

Always find great stuff and if they don’t have a size they order it for no problem

I have had very good experiences buying shoes here. Earlier this year I purchased comfortable shoes for walking, but one of the shoes started to develop a hole in it after only a couple of months. When I took the shoes back, they let me trade them in for another pair of shoes at no extra cost, even though it was a little past the 60-day cutoff for returning them!

We had excellent service. They helped us locate shoes for our kids and ourselves. We spent 138 dollars on four pairs of shoes that we were very pleased with. We felt as if we found great bargains with great service.

For some reason this store has much better selection of shoes. Great place

I came in while back to school sale was going on....no help on the floor....couldnt find correct sizes....long line..so I left. Desperate for shoes, I returned a day or two later. I asked if there was someone to help and DELORES came to help me. She was extremely respectful and the best help. She was patient when making sure I could find something and went above and beyond!! She is an amazing asset to this store and should be highly commended for her work!! So thankful for her!! I will be back again only because of the job well done by your employee Delores!!

Shoe carnival people were so helpful and polite. I went in for 2 pair of different sandals that were in the sale paper. Being my first visit there i needed help to find the shoes. Employees were very helpful. They helped me find the exactly what I wanted and i was in and out in about 8 minutes. Buy 1 get 1 half off great and a 5 dollar coupon to boot. 5 or more stars. Only issue I have is its a 60/40 chance of having a DC I like in a 12 lol other than that great selection of everything else and a very nice and helpful crew
