The Home Depot

My mother and I enjoyed going to this Home Depot plant nursery for their variety of flowers.🌿 The plants are watered and the pots are either full with buds or flowers.

The staff here are very nice and friendly. They ask if we need any help looking for a particular succulent. Their shelves were stocked and the floors and aisles were clean.

The Home Depot's nursery is a great botanical spot to find great deals and unique pieces to add for your home or garden. #LifeinFullBloom 🌷

Christie at the self checkout was very friendly. She talked to everyone who walked by her and pointed people in the right direction. I was struggling with the key machine and she showed me how to make the copies very quickly. It's nice to see someone so friendly to people because it's rare these days

Employees are nice tool rental moves fast and they don't sell all but two brands of paint but they do color match

Holly in customer service is an exemplary employee. They need 100 of her at all the stores. She graciously helped me with my specific issue. Took the time to call the right people and ask questions before giving me the final ok. Most employees will tell you “no” to avoid dealing with issues. She went above and beyond to help me with a $20 purchase. She deserves a raise and more!

So far, only good experiences in this great franchise! All stores are great, and this one is no exception. Nice selection and availability of all kinds of brands and tools to cover your project needs.

It is a clean, well-stocked mega-hardware store/lumber yard. Good selection of Dewalt, Mikita, Milwaukee, Black and Decker, Klein, and other tools. The staff, especially the managers, are helpful.

Don't waste your time returning broken tools to them! You must call the manufacturer and get them to take care of it! Home Depot will not!!! I think I'll use other options for buying tools. Thanks for the heads up Home Depot.

I love this location, there are plenty of people in each department and everyone is so helpful. They have great deals on appliances here and if you don't mind an open box you can get some really good deals. I always love the selection of flowers in the summer and Christmas trees in the fall/winter. Great place to shop

Always a great shopping experience at Home Depot. Only problem is I usually spend more than I expected each time I go. So much to find and lots of options. Very helpful people that know what they’re talking about when you ask for help with something there.

Sue Sabah in appliances is the best worker and care giver ever. She helped me with my appliance package and making it most affordable. She explored all options and made sure I was happy. She also walked with me to the service desk to make sure I was checked out properly, She deffiently is a keeper

Have had to come to this location a few times when the Shorewood location didn’t have stock of something. Seemed to be fully stocked with items and it was an quick in & out.

Went to three different stores that should/would have a coaxial cable to connect a new TV I bought but didn't! Home Depot had what I needed and to make matters even better, they had the perfect Christmas reef wife wanted.

I love this place always has what I need. I love coming and seeing the new plants and. Garden to give me ideas for spring.

I went to this store to purchase a piece of lumber and have it cut. I was completely blown away by the amount of support that I received from Jim in lumber!! I had some issues with my dimensions and Jim took the time to help me ensure my dimensions were correct and he was incredibly patient and helpful. I was able to ask lots of questions about how to proceed with my project in the most effective and efficient way possible and received excellent guidance! Additionally, Bruce was a support in lumber as well. I will definitely be returning to this store because the customer service I received from these gentleman was exceptional.

My husband and I have been working with Adalberto and Richard in the flooring department to help us find the perfect flooring for our new home. These guys were honest, knowledgeable, and professional. Treated us great from start to finish. So thank-you guys for everything we appreciate your patience :)

I love this Home Depot. There were some new faces in there at the front, and I really didn't have the time to find anyone I knew in there.

I was hoping for it to be an in and out trip, as I was trying to put my desk back together and couldn't find my screws for it. (Just moved)

Couldn't find the ones I was looking for so I finally found Mike, who was already super busy assisting multiple customers in his hardware department. He had a few quick moments and I am grateful as he found what I needed. (They were out of one size I needed so he guided me to the Ace, which I also have a review for. lol 😉)

I used to market for a company in here a few years ago. They are (mostly) all wonderful employees and were work family to me, and treated me as one of them. They were always helpful and I witnessed them use teamwork, hardwork, and dedication plus loyalty every day.

I highly recommend the Home Depot in Joliet for ALL your home projects!! 🤘😎
