I asked Mr. Stinde to meet me and review a project for an estimate. He set a time/day but changed it at the last minute. The next time he was to review the project he was here for a very short time and said another project was his focus so he had to get back with me. For the next week I texted him about providing the bid and Mr. Stinde never returned any of my texts. The way he put it off originally and now won't return a text I'd say he just doesn't care to provide this estimate. And since he has never returned any texts I'm giving him and his business a 1 star.
