THE PIZZA WAS EXACTLY AS I ORDERED IT. THESE GUYS HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE OVERALL QUALITY OF THE PIZZA WAS GOOD. THEY HAVE QUALITY CHEESE AND A GOOD FLAVOR TO THE SAUCE THAT PAIRS WELL WITH THEIR CRUST. I WAS EXPECTING A MORE CRISPER CRUST, BUT I STILL ENJOYED IT. THANKS, GUYS!

Disappointed it is not open for lunch. We stop every time we are in Bloomington-Normal. Our kids always ask for us to bring food home. They love the spaghetti sauce and I love the fried ravioli. Recommend the gondola sandwich.

Great Food, Excellent Value. I like Fettuccine Alfredo. Small order and I get two meals from single order. Can add side salad for 95 cents. Service is fast and accurate. Also the Bread is Legendary, sweet Flav.

The food gave a hint of nostalgia. I remember grabbing a La gondola coming home from class. These sandwiches are massive, great, and reasonable! My sons had their first taste of Avanti's and really liked it!

The gondolas are great. My mom and aunt really like the salads. And there is now way you can leave with out st least a pint of ranch. It's a true treasure.

service was very attentive, polite, and efficient. the environment was very homely and comfortable. food was delicious, and the free bread is always a delight.

I always get the gondolas, spaghetti, garlic bread mozzarella open face, a loaf of bread with butter, salad with bread chips, and cheese balls for the whole family. I spend around $50 at most for all of that with the tip!

Local staple. It's fantastic comfort food and anyone who grew up here remembers Avanti's Gondolas being part of every gathering.

Avanti's is a nice place to take a family. Low cost meal options that taste good and plenty of food for left overs! Good service as well, especially for being located in a college town (Illinois State University).

A local treasure. The food is good for mass-produced Italian/American and could never be considered "upscale", but it is consistently good and you get a lot for the $$$.

Gotta get their homemade ranch dressing...it's life changing. Fettuccine Alfredo was delicious!

Best fettuccine alfredo and bread, peoria and pekins alfredo sucks bread is not as good either ill drive 40 mins for this delicious meal!

The food is still as good as ever. I tent to pick lagondola over this if I'm taking it home. But if I'm eating in, this is the place. 3 stars on service because I miss the traditional sevice where they actually serve my table. This order at the counter, get your own drink, and either they call my number or bring my food out is no kind of service at all.

We returned here homecoming weekend after more than a decade away. I don't think the prices have changed as everything was so affordable. We can't wait to come back next year!

Haven't ate there in 10 years almost, still the same great items and service. Went in around 1pm today.

Friday, we went Avanti's on Main street in Normal. So glad we did! Soups of the day were garden vegetable and cream of brocolli. I chose cream of brocolli, it was delicious!! And I order a small spaghetti dinner. Again, delicious!!! There was so much, I brought home half of my spaghetti and bread. Sooooooo......👍

Love this place! Holds precious childhood memories living on Dale and later as a teen attending U-High. At home on Sunday in Florida, I accidentally made something that tasted very similar to their amazing pizza bread and I was immediately transported to Avanti's booth with friends. Try anything with their bread. I never had anything else so I am biased. 😁

Avanti's gondola sandwich has been a family favorite for decades! Every time we are near Peoria we make a detour and even bring a few home for friends and family members. Loved by everyone!
