Wendy's

For the most part, this is a great location. I normally order for delivery. Everything is made how I request it.

Food has always been hot, fresh, and made as requested. I recommend if you need something quick.

One of the better Wendy's I've been to. Clean and good about checking orders for wrong or missing items.

Manager was super patient and helpful with getting my Google Pay to work. (My wallet was stolen and I have never paid with my phone before.)

Pub fries are the best, one of the closest things you can get to poutine in America. Employees are also super nice especially in the late hours.

Manager on duty did great job. Her help in store was lazy unresponsive. Manager had to do most of work. Food was delicious

I was in Normal, IL and stopped in for lunch. The place was incredibly clean, the staff friendly. While I ate, the cashier came out in the dining area and sprayed and wiped all empty tables!

The drive through is quick and well laid out, with an early opportunity to see the menu and reduce delays when ordering. The staff are also terrific and friendly and have never gotten a special request wrong. Also, quick in and out - even with busy streets nearby.

We went for a quick burger and fries. We ordered two burgers and an order of fries. Total was less than $6. Burgers and fries were very good. I think we have found a new lunch place.

Right now in a time where most places are short staffed, this team was so wonderful! They were patient with my children, and got our order out quickly and correctly! Will definitely visit again!!!

The food was good and reasonably priced but the cashier in the drive thru talked so low I couldn't make out what she was saying. Note to Wendy's; Please put someone at the drive thru that doesn't talk so low. Otherwise it was a great experience.

I wish they wouldn't of put to much catsup on my burger but over all that was the best food and so very clean service was great and the food was delicious...

The food was fresh & hot. I have to honestly say that it was the cleanest Wendy's that I have ever been to. I'm talking all the way down to vents, they actually shined. The bathroom was even clean!!!

Baconator is good one here!

Came by here at night, the staff were super helpful and had frostys even though many locations will have shut the machine down for the night. Super helpful with good allergies and other concerns. Very professional for a Wendy's.

Employee Luis Lemos was very polite and had a great since of humor. Very positive attitude and has great manners, and he got my order perfect.

Food was great and fresh and service was just as good with being short staffed everyone was working to maintain great customer service. Keep up the good work!
