Bishops Beach

The views were splendid! Nice walkable beach and very quiet. Great place to chill!

I only spent a few days here in Homer.... but my time was almost always at this beach. Loved that I could pull the van onto the beach and that you could build a fire on the beach. Totally picturesque and good for the soul.

Beautiful beach with a pavilion and restrooms. You can either hike down from the visitor center or drive down to the parking area.

Beautiful sandy beach. Would definitely walk and excercise there again. Highly recommended.

Our family had the best time in the beach house. We enjoyed visiting in front of the fire and in the hot tub. We went halibut fishing saw PODS of porpoise loved the Beach fires and eagles!! It was such a special time for my family! Thank you for hosting us Kristi!

This area has plenty of parking, a covered area to eat with additional picnic tables. There is hiking, beach as well as watching airplanes takeoff and land in this area.

It was a beautiful beach, very little trash (found two cigarette butts). The water wasn’t even that cold about 50 degrees Fahrenheit. Very fun beach in Alaska!

Such a beautiful beach and great place to visit with the whole family. We brought our dogs here and I always love seeing them run around. Plenty of space for that. Was not crowded when we were there (5p weekday). Please remember to pick up after your dog and your campsite and keep your dog on their leash if they aren’t friendly.

It was a little cold the day we visited but it's a nice spot for a visit to the sea and to do a little beach combing.

We love Bishop's Beach, we bring our dogs there all the time. There is always plenty of parking. They have dog bags for waist and garbage bins which helps keet the park clean.
