Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The waitress was fantastic she was very friendly and made sure that we were happy during our entire visit. We haven't been here in over a year so it was nice to come back in and see the place and taste the food again. The freckled lemonade is my absolute favorite I love that they put strawberries and lemon in it the pulp just makes it taste that much better, it's worth the $4.50! I did notice that during our visit today that the waitresses and waiters had electronic devices they were putting our orders into. At first I thought that she was on her phone while taking her order and then I realized she was actually and putting our information into the handheld device. Shortly after, without her returning to the kitchen, someone else came out and brought us our food and anything that we needed. I thought this was a very smart thing and it's very convenient and helpful! More restaurants should have the devices cause it definitely made for quicker service! The burgers were very tasty lots of flavor and tasted so fresh! Fantastic restaurant and will be returning sooner than waiting a year this time.

The staff here were so kind and ready to help! They were sweet with my toddler and just made our experience even better. The food was great, I chose to get chicken this time and was not disappointed. Will be back to this particular location for sure.

A busy Friday night everything went well. our waitress was real friendly. the assistant manager made her rounds and met everyone. my appetizer was hot and better than the last time we was in. we all left with full bellies , see you next time. yum mmm!

The service was super friendly and crazy fast! And the food was super good too, and if you’re in the area, this is a must eat place.

let me start off by saying the place was really clean and we got our food super fast. But it did take a while for me to get my drink I don't think I got my drink until after I got my food so that was kind of odd in the server didn't know much about the burgers but with bottomless fries it was a good deal.

Great experience, the food was excellent and the waitress did a fabulous job taking care of us.

The food is SO GOOD, delicious Lemon cake 🍰 and tasty Garlic fries it sill be better with more garlic sauce.

I had the pleasure of being served by Shanna at Red Robin, and I couldn't have been happier with my experience! She was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure drinks were always full and checking in on me throughout the meal. Not only was she an excellent server, but she also had great recommendations for menu items and made sure food was prepared to liking. Staff was Great from greeting at the door and throughout our visit. Very attentive.

Dear Red Robin, I cheated on you this weekend with a high-end burger place and I regretted it. You take care of my allergen needs more than a place that charges 3x more. Your service is always 100. You have never judged me and have always taken care of me. I will never cheat on you again. Please take me back.

The hostess (Delaney) greeted my fiancé and I with sparkling energy and radiating enthusiasm. Never have I ever received such a grand welcome. Will definitely return for the hostess in hopes of getting another shining smile and cheerful balloon along with the great service the restaurant provides :)

I love have the host talk to my and my husband and kid she was a older woman very sweet!! I love how she got us setup at a table !! And then the waiter came she did a great job taking care bringing the food on time !! Yes I recommend anyone to this restaurant great service and great staff thank you all for the great service 🫡

Burger was too good. Delicious onion rings and unlimited lemonade. Service was slow but nice though.

Wish it had been built a little bigger. Always is packed and crowded but the food makes up for it. Great appetizers and drinks too.

Update: starting to get run down. Doesn't seem to be swept or cleaned much. On a Saturday night at 6:30 when almost every table was empty, this is unacceptable. Prices have gone up unfortunately. It was almost $60 for two adult meals and the kids meal. Makes it tough to go out and eat anymore

This place was awesome! They were SUPER busy and we still got seated within 15 minutes. We ordered boneless wings as an appetizer and they were 100% on point 😋 both of our burgers were hot, fresh, and delicious. Also the service was 100% excellent everyone there was exceptionally nice ❤

Food was good, can't complain about taste, only wish they had a better lunch menu, too much food was served. Our server was fantastic! Great guy!
