Kohl's

My wife shops at Kohl’s at least 10 times a month! She drags me with her about a 1/3 of that time. The place has so much to offer. We always find something to buy with the Kohl’s cash they always offering. Place is always clean and the service is always great!

I loved the customer services were happy to help you. My cashier was awesome about giving me good advice about Kohls credit card. I was very impressed 👏 💕

Great store and usually has great coupons as well! Nothing is ever the price that it says on the tag because everything is always on sale & now there's a Sephora in it too! Great must shop store!

Staff here are great and so helpful when we have questions. I've never walked out disappointed. I always find more than I plan, that's the problem! Haha thank you !

This is a nice store to shop at in person. When you want to see and touch stuff before you buy it, I have good luck finding stuff I am after at this store.

I think the East Peoria location is the better of the two. More accessible to the people
On the bus. Staff was friendly. Probably will start going to e Peoria kohls vs willow knolls.

I love that there is a Sephora inside of Kohls and I appreciate the assistance from the Sephora associates to purchase what will work best for me.

Cindy at EastPeoria store helped me when I was shopping for my disabled veteran brother & had wrong day for coupon. She understood my situation & helped tremendously.

I did a return effortless. I shopped and then got on line. My first thought was I came at the wrong time....however. the sign said I was five minutes wait so I timed it. It looked like it would be longer but it really was five minutes to get to a cashier. And the one I got was helpful with coupons!

It's always a good experience when shopping at East Peoria's Kohl's store. Friendly service and easy to find merchandise. My cashier Cindy was very friendly and helpful.

I went to Kohl's for FILAS slip - resistance shoes, but they don't sell them anymore so I asked an associate and she told me about Sketchers and they were also slip-resistance and they were also slip-on and they were very comfortable.

Fair prices, lots of interesting products and clothes. They put in a whole new Sephora store too. Still clean and organized well. Lines are still crazy long, but people didn't seem to mind. I was there to make a return from Amazon and it was set up to be so easy, it took less than a minute. I would suggest putting signs back up pointing to the return counter though, not that it's all that hard to find.
