Steak 'n Shake

I have not been to a Steak ‘n Shake in years. First time ever ordering on app. Really like that option. Down side when I arrived I hit a button to call. No one answered. I went in drive thru to pick up. Girl said to busy to answer the phone but she had my order ready. She was very nice and gave me all my order. I got to say I’m very impressed with the meal. I love the fact you followed directions. I added tomato, onions and mustard. Most places ignore my request but you actually did as I asked. The flavor of the burger was so good. I’m trying to figure out what it is. It like a seasoning on the meat that just makes it so good. Loved it. Fries tasted good too. Hi C was amazing. I don’t think I’ve had that brand since I was a child. And of course the shake delicious.Thank you for whip cream and cherry. Most places don’t even bother anymore. You gave enough straws . Might want to give people ketchup and mustard packets but other than that perfect meal. I highly recommend!

Great location! You order your own food at the kiosks. Very simple. You have a seat where available, they call your order number or name, and you pick up your food at the counter. Me and my family had a great lunch here. VERY CLEAN! Food came out hot and tasted great! I had the garlic burger! The menu does not have everything from before but I'm guessing that's with the change of everything. Shakes tasted pretty creamy and delicious! Staff seemed friendly and did their job. I recommend this location to dine in!

After ages of just passing by and not really having the patience of waiting in line I decided to give this location a try— best decision ever. To the crew working on the orders back there *chefs kiss*.

New dining experience but not a bad one. Milkshake and fries were perfect but the burger had a different taste that I can't describe.

Had the garlic burger for the first time and it was awesome! Great staff who is went out of their way to correct a mistake!

Went here today with my siblings and mom. Served all 5 of us under 10 minutes after we sat down. Haven’t been to a steak and shake in a looong time. Food has definitely gone downhill but my 5 stars go to the service! The ladies who served us were all so nice and conversational! One little lady went table to table offering napkins. I work in the food service as well and I know the heat from the kitchen and cooking constantly can be grueling but we were approached with a smile everytime either way! Love the people that work here. Bathrooms were very clean, dining area was very clean. Thanks for a good time!

Pretty good every once in awhile you get someone in the Drive-Thru that has a bad day

I've been to this location many times over the years. Stopped going for a long time because the quality was just terrible.. Everything was to be honest.. About a month ago, I decided to give it another attempt "who doesn't crave a burger every week".. I ordered a Western Burger that was PERFECT, even the condiments were like a picture.. Thought to myself, there's no way I can get lucky 2 times.. Well, I've been there once a week over a month now.. Everything from the kindness at the drive through, the food has been amazing, wrapped up VERY neat.. I couldn't complain if I tried.. Extremely satisfied with the kindness of the employees, food and packaging!!

Great food for a great price when ur on a budget. Milkshakes are killer good. Staff is always friendly. :)

First time eating at a Steak 'n Shake. This location was very busy and short staff. They were a little slow with getting orders taken, but the manager was doing his best to get things going. We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal. The food was excellent along with our waitress (who smiled and very polite when they were running busy) that made sure we liked our food. The restaurant itself was a little dirty, the floor was really sticky. Again hats off to the manager for keeping up with the customers and our waitress for handling many customers!

We love steak and shake. Garlic burgers are my favorite. Shakes are always a great reason to go.

Good food. However the female manager with the black curly hair and a large surface area made dining in almost unbearable. She was extraordinarily loud. Unnecessarily loud. She also fired some poor guy in front of a bunch of people and humiliated him. Poor guy. Im mainly writing this because I felt bad.

We got burgers on 01/22. The food was hot and the burger was made neatly, made it easier to eat and less messy! By far the best steak and shake location. And the person working the window was very pleasant!

Love their fresh burgers and shakes..The burgers are literally made fresh when you order your meal...definitely will go back again.

Food may have taken a little time to make but I rather it take some time and actually have a fresh hot meal than quick meal that is just plain not good.

For the first time in years, we were able to have fast friendly service, and not wait an hour for our food!! Server was amazing! He had a little juggling act he did for us, was quick, and friendly... when we asked our kid where to go to dinner for her birthday, and she said steak and shake... we all groaned... I hope this service keeps up.

The food was average the fries hit or miss but the real highlight of the night was our server Shane this guy deserves a raise he was funny honest about the food and was very hard working he could also juggle. I will most definitely come back again just to talk and have a good time. I would recommend the crispy chicken sandwich it’s like Wendy’s but not as good but better than a lot of other things. ~Eli

Fresh food at a great price, Friendly service and surprisingly fast. Steak and Shake would be the first place I would recommend if someone was looking to eat a burger and fries. Shakes are a nice treat after your meal. Thanks for the good food! We will be back.

Miguel and Lucas went above and beyond for my doordash orders that were canceled. Offered to give me my first meal for free even though they knew I was getting a refund. Then Lucas offered to bring my food to me personally. Amazing staff and restaurant! Thank you both so much!!!
