Their website offers many more products as does Amazon and many other online stores Dick's won't price match. The staff is good but no one person can be an expert in 30 sports. Check out lines can be long.

Tips
Dick's website is actually run by a competing company who often has better prices! Dick's local stores won't price match Internet sites like Amazon but they will match MC Sports and their own website. Always check the price at those two sites before you buy. You might save a lot.

Bought a BMX bike online, went to pick it up and with the help of the bike salesperson there, it was determined that the bike we bought online was not the best fit and another bike would work better. The salesperson help with the exchange and setting up the new bike.

Nice bright store, well organized with a big shoe department. They carry many popular brands and everything is displayed nicely.

Haylie in footwear and Brooklynn at the register were very helpful and personable. We will always come back to this location🤍

Came in looking for some good cross trainers and the young man and lady got What I needed and I was out of the store within 10 minutes

First time going in to this store by my house it is huge with all the sporting goods you need!!! Went in with my daughter looking for soccer clothing so much to choose from but we found it and left happy definitely recommend it!!!

Took my son to get a new baseball glove. They had the glove he wanted but only in left hand and he needed right hand. Very friendly associate ordered it up for us. He also fitted him for a new bat. Overall great experience. Will definitely come back.

Glad it’s a well kept sports store since it’s the only one in the area. Things are always kept tidy, and people who work there are almost always available to help. The guy in the golf section helped tremendously explaining the tips and tricks on re-gripping my golf clubs. Said if I had any questions while doing it over the weekend to just call and they would help over the phone! Above and beyond help. Will keep coming back.

Go see Steve for all you sporting goods needs. He is very knowledgeable about many different products including flooring for your gym. We purchased a treadmill from him and we are glad we did. He asked what features we were looking for, were we going to walk or run, where was the equipment going (size of machine), asked about our budget. Showed us different models than the one we came in to see to compare. We ended up purchasing weights and flooring and an extended warranty. Worked with us when things were going right at the register. So happy with his service!!!

Best customer service! Went to get my wife a jacket, a rep named Alyssa went above and beyond to offer advice and give my wife all the options she wanted. Felt like a personal shopper honestly. Haven’t gotten great customer service like that in a long time. Will definitely come here over the other locations for that rep alone. Thank you!

This place is amazing! It has a lot of sport and excerice equipment. Like golf clubs, bikes, and other stuff too! Come here if you want to buy a sport/excerice equipment.

A little busy with baseball season starting but their associates are friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help answer our questions. Look forward to shopping here again.
