best key shop in town, needed a key made/impressioned for my tool box and they had it done within the hour! Trevor was outstanding! highly recommend to anyone in Battle Creek that needs a key made! will definitely be returning for my future key needs

Tried the do-it center and they didn't have the key I needed to make my copies so they directed me here, was in and out in about 5 minutes and I was also impressed by the knowledge they had about the lock by just making a copy. Definitely will be coming here for all my keys needs! Thank you!

Great place, the guys are nice and the place is cool.

My key was stuck in the ignition of my family's Honda Pilot. They simply started it up. Put in drive & put back in park w/ a little force. Turned car off. Then removed the key. Tried to pay them. But wouldn't take any. Wow! Didnt think people like that existed anymore. God played his part on this one. New ignition cylinder: $800 (parts & labor). Recomend this place over anyone if it has to do w/ locks & keys.

Picked up a door lock parts kit which was suggested by a staff member. A simple transaction but handled quickly & professionally. No beefs..

It had happened to me, just like it will (or has) happen to every homeowner. I had locked myself out of my house. I had to get to work, so I couldn't stick around, but during my lunch break, I tried calling a different locksmith, and it sent me to an automated voice messaging system and told me (twice) that there was no available locksmiths in my zip code and said "Goodbye" and hanged up. Well that didn't help me any, so I called this place, a real person answered the phone and was able to set up an appointment for a locksmith to come out when I got home. Right on the dot, the locksmith (whose name was Bill) was there at 3:00. He got right to work, although the lock was a tough one, Bill was able to get it unlocked after using a little bit of elbow grease. No damage was done to the doors or the locks. Bill was very professional and prompt. The pricing was very reasonable and I was happy to oblige. If I need any locksmiths or key services, this is the place I'm going to, it's local and locally owned.

We arrived 15 minutes before closing time, they stayed late to make a chip key. No extra charge.
Will definitely recommend them.

This happened about 10 years ago - but the experience stuck! Had an old skeleton key door that my toddler accidentally locked - we did not have the key. These guys came out, got the door opened, and were able to preserve my beautiful door!
