Red Roof Inn Battle Creek

Every time I come, check in or renew my room. They're always so amazing caring and helpful. My room is always clean. I have had no issues. The gentleman that works. The front desk is always so polite.

I don't understand the negative reviews, I've stayed here several times the last year or so. Every time I've stayed my room has been clean, comfortable and quiet, management has always been friendly and helpful. The only thing that needs improvement is the cable tv, very limited choices

Pleasantly surprised...nice room, clean, nicely decorated.
Coffee was awful...really my only complaint.
Door needs weather stripping...leaky cold air.

The two guys at the office who checked us in were very nice and accommodating. They gave great suggestions on breakfast ideas. The room itself was very nice for the stay the bathroom had the essentials and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The only thing are the thin walls, we heard the man next door coughing and hacking. After he stopped we were able to fall asleep but each hotel has noise. There wasn’t noise outside and the parking lot was quiet at night. We would stay again if in the area. It was right by a Culver’s so we enjoyed ice cream too!

You get what you pay for normally. Drove for 16 hours, needed a bed, was the cheapest in town, was pleasantly surprised, bed was average, but clean, you might say spotless, checked out shower it was hot, like real hot loved it 👌, soap and other basic amenities were still in room, room was clean, slight pleasant smell in room not to much or not enough. , overall for a $60 room was very happy. If I stop again I will go again. Definitely got more than I paid for, or at least used to getting for these budget cheaper motels.

It's right in the shopping district off 94. It's easy to find and there are places to eat within walking distances. Don't judge It's exterior, the inside has been renovated. No carpet and new beds and furniture. The front desk was very helpful and helped me change my reservation when I mixed up the dates. For the price, it's worth it to go here, though there are no elevators.

Was a great stay from Wednesday night til check out on Sunday. Staff was very friendly. Was quiet compared to other Red Roof locations I've been to. Very dog friendly between that and the nice staff. Clean rooms! Stayed for a dog show, and will stay again next year.

For this area, this place is a deal. The staff is very nice and accommodating. They have a crew cleaning the property every morning so it's well kept. The rooms aren't great but for the price they are clean and quiet at night so you can get a good night sleep.

This is a great little hideaway. The staff are caring and responsive. They have a beautiful courtyard to stroll in that is so peaceful. The pool was refreshing, clean and open. The rooms are a little dated but clean and spacious. Plus it’s super convenient, there’s shopping within a mile and a lovely Culver’s Restaurant in the same parking lot. We really loved it and we will be back. Definitely choose to rest and recoup here if you’re in the area.

This is the best Red Roof Inn I've stayed in. It was an old location that was remodeled, and is clean and well taken care of. The lady that checked me in was super nice and she gave me extra towels when I asked. The area is nice, and its not on a busy street. We were able to park with no problems. They had a restaurant in the middle of the hotel so that was a bonus. The king size bed that I got was actually super comfortable. The room had a microwave and fridge. The only things I'd say needs a little work is there fax machine it was super slow, and the low flow toilets are super annoying. But Otherwise, awesome. 👍👍

I am a "stickler" for baths, so I love a decent tub, most in motels have been let go but the room that I had had a nice, clean tub with a "stopper" and I enjoyed my bath. I always enjoy seeing Harry- I am beginning to have thoughts about him. The man is always working, when does he sleep. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean

The staff was remarkable at attending to our specific needs! Our daughter had dental surgery and finished a few hours ahead of schedule and staff had no problem allowing a early checkin to comfort us. The room was clean and smelled great. I like how the rooms had hard wood floors and new furniture. The pool and breakfast was closed because of the COVID-19, but I didn’t mind because there was a Denny’s down the road. I would highly recommend this property for your stay.

I was impressed when the gentleman asked how my day was. The rooms were extremely clean and the pillows were comfortable as well! Overall I would and will go back!

The gentleman, and the ladies at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful. I'm sorry I forgot your names. The room was amazingly clean, very comfortable. My a/c didnt work well the first day, and within the hour maintenance came and switched it out. Housekeeping was wonderful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to any friends and family when the visit Battle Creek. It is convenient to stores and restaurants. A taxi ride is very affordable to go anywhere. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I'm looking forward to visiting again soon.

Omg, totally unexpected! We were looking for a room, nice room. But everything was $100+. We had to be in town 6 days. We took a chance on this place and I can't believe how nice it was. Our room was clean, neat, decorated nicely, flat screen TV, refrigerator, microwave, bedding soft and comfy. It was a total shock we only paid $50 bucks a night.

The rating's may be old. It may have new owners or something. I have no idea why there aren't at least 4 stars for this place. I've stayed in really nice hotels, this hotel is nice.
This is not for someone looking for a upscale hotel. This hotel is for someone who lives nice and wants a nice place to sleep, like home.

It's located near the mall and plenty of restaurants.

Staff was excellent!! Very friendly and quick on check in. We had 30 guests stay a night here and we had keys under 5 mins.
Hotel was clean and everything was functioning correctly.
Decent food options close by.
An excellent stay for the price! Would highly recommend if you're looking for something practical.

Great hotel just off of the Interstate. Nice, safe area. Several restaurants within walking distance. The front desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Our rooms were very clean. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially on the weekends. The courtyard area was well kept and relaxing. Recommend this hotel, especially families with children

We had booked a group to stay here for a convention. Ease of Booking was great.. Rooms were clean and maid service everyday. The front desk people, Ashlee and Raj greeted us all with a smile and were awesome. They served our group with smiles and helpfulness... We have another group coming back in April.. I know they will take great care of our people.. Great job!
