Yeah Buddy ! This is the nicest Gym in the area! Excellent equipment and freeweight selection , great atmosphere, I love the raw concrete - old school hardcore feel, super clean, convenient - open 24 hours , great price and the ownership runs an excellent business. 5 stars !

This place is pretty new and I'm sure that with enough investment this is only going to get better and better.

As it stands, GRIT has enough for a whole workout but I'd like to see expansive cable stations and even more specific equipment such as a stand for leg raises and knee raises or a station for more isolating rows.

Overall, I love the cleanliness and the fact that it's 24/7.

What an amazing facility! Great atmosphere, individual bathrooms are a wonderful touch. If you're in the area it's the spot to workout at.

What a great little spot! For the price, this place has everything you would need and expect. It’s always very clean and all the members are very courteous. This is such a cool find for a place to pop in and work out!

Clean and spacious facility with a variety of equipment. The owner is super friendly, attentive, and professional. Every group workout is different and challenging in its own way with the opportunity to ask for adjustments/alternatives if you need it. There are a variety of membership offerings that will meet anyone’s needs!

Best gym in the greater Seacoast area. Affordable membership, clean equipment with lots of options, private bathrooms/showers, convenient hours and friendly owners. Bonus points for great music and a coffee shop next door.
