My husband and I come here often for furniture. We know our purchases will be quality items, and the staff is very helpful.

November 2023, I went to Russell's country store to find out why my mattress was causing me so much pain. It wasn't that old! Troy actually came to my home and examined my mattress that I had purchased Prior, I went there Because of the quality in their furniture as well as in their mattresses. He examined my mattress. He flipped it over and definitely found out there was something wrong with it. Something wasn't right with that!
Could I have gotten a bad egg? or its defective. He was going to go back to the store. And order me a new one to replace this one. It should be here within 1 week to replace this one. I know Enjoy pain free nights. What service I wish to thank Russell's country. Store and Troy for helping me with my concerns and given me back comfortability. Pain free nights he went above and beyond. And I feel so blessed because most other stores would have never cared. You have a loyal customer, thank you so much.❤

Great selection, but really the service is the best part. No hard sales push, reasonable people who know their product, good prices without all of the made up sales, and even free delivery. I am a fan of this place.

Great friendly service. Had what we wanted and never pressured us. Will deliver too! Also don't have to wait 6 months for our bed, it will be here in a week. Highly recommend you check out there huge selection of furniture too.

I love this store and have shopped here for almost 25 years. They ALWAYS take care of my needs. All my furniture in my home has come from them. Diane and Troy are awesome to work with and they bend over backwards to make sure I am happy and well taken care of. If you are looking for a down home place to purchase furniture check them out, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

From the outside, my wife and I weren't sure whether there would be modern furniture inside or just old rustic pieces, but there was a nice variety in all price ranges. It was like what you'd find at any other furniture store, though the presentation wasn't too polished—but that was fine with us. We were just looking for a good price on a new table. After a bad experience with Art Van promising to ship within a week and then delaying for two months, we were happy with how quick we were able to get in, find pieces we liked, and have them shipped to us within days (and they arrived on time). Impressed with the furniture and the overall experience. Highly recommended.

ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL FURNITURE BUSINESS. They are the Best of the Best. If you are looking for that old town country service hands down there is no other place to shop. Almost 5 years since we purchased several pieces from them and you call and they treat you as if it were yesterday that you were purchasing your furniture. They even make house calls (completely a thing back in the day) how can you beat that !!!!.

I just LOVE this place. It's out in the middle of nowhere but the people here are so nice. We came in looking for a couch and they really don't have much on the floor due to covid, but they asked us what we were looking for and found it in their catalog. Even showing us swatches and giving us space to look with no pressure to make a purchase. And delivery is free! They ordered our couch for us right on the spot. HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone looking for affordable prices and amazing customer service :)

If you are looking for exceptional customer service, quality furniture and a business with integrity, this is your place. My late grandmother was a very picky and stubborn old southern woman (but I loved her), she would only purchase furniture here because of the quality and service. If she could've picked my father from this store she probably would've (seriously, she hated my mothers choice). My dad is also a loyal repeat cutomer that raves about the quality and people here. This is probably the only thing those two ever had in common (although they never knew). The north/south battle within my family could've ended in the parking lot with a white flags waving, fireworks, a parade and a shock to everyone that the two of them couldn't deny they agreed on something. Needless to say, I got the both of best worlds and have also been a repeat customer for the same reasons. However, the most important thing to me is honesty and integrity. A few years ago I actually paid $100 MORE for the same couch that was at another furniture store. The reason, the salesman at the unnamed store was high pressure and tried to also sell a "fabric stain protection" application for the couch for an additional $250. Russel's had the same couch and couldn't believe it when I asked them if they offered the same "fabric protection"...the reason, it was microfiber. They then informed me that microfiber was stainproof and the application could actually degrade the material. They couldn't match the price, but their honesty made the difference. I guess that's why they are still around and the other retailer went bankrupt a couple of years ago. This is my go to, they are wonderful and will go out of their way for customers, they have for me in other situations too!

Honest and excellent customer service. They worked to help us find exactly what we needed, and the price was competitive. We purchased several months ago and are still really happy with the quality of the furniture. We will definitely shop here again.

The prices are reasonable and they stand behind their products. I have three kids that are rough on furniture. A few years after we bought our couch, there was some damage. They fixed it at no cost.

Never heard of the place until it was recommended to us recently. Very friendly people. Went out of their way to show us other options that they could order that they didn't have at the store. Worked with us on the price of our purchase (we bought a coffee table). I would gladly go back to this store next time we're looking for any new furniture.
