Paul Clark - State Farm Insurance Agent

Right now, I'm disappointed. I've been playing phone tag with a representative for a week now, texting too, and still have not received a solid response to my insurance needs. I've been with them for years too. I'd like someone to answer when I call. It's you can't meet my needs, say so.

I went to the office and that was the smart choice. My needs were complicated and really needed a face to face meeting. Sarah, Kathryn, and "T" all came together and made it happen. Plus, they saved me money in the process! Thanks State Farm!

I love state farm! Paul Clark's office has been fabulous to me and my family. Ken the agent that assisted me today was phenomenal. Times are hard and unfortunately like showed up but Ken was there to make sure that me, my property and my vehicles would be okay. He was courteous and kind and I will refer this agency to all my friends!

My compliments to all the staff at this office. Today Sarah H was particularly helpful in updating my information as well as answering my questions. She also called me back with information that needed more research. Excellent agency!

Basement flooded due to our sub pump malfunction. The entire state farm team did an excellent job taking care of me and my family. Just appreciate the Paul Clark State Farm office taking care of us and making sure we had the proper insurance prior to this incident. The environment is always very clean. kendra at the front desk is the nicest lady you'll ever meet, and Teresa; in my opinion, is one of the best at simplifying all of the complex language and answers even the most repetitive questions politely, professionally and extensively. I’ve been using Paul’s office for about 7 years. They always return calls and answer my questions right away. I’ve checked rates with competitors a few times and have never found anything cheaper. I’ve had to file a few claims since I’ve had my policies and everything is always smooth going. I’m 2018 I made an appointment with agent Kate and she even came to my house to set up homeowners insurance, life insurance, and a bank account (yes, they have an online bank!). Kate is simply the best agent, I would recommend her to everyone I know.

I have been with Paul Clark State Farm for years! They are ALWAYS pleasant, professional and willing to help anyway they can. I personally work with Chad Heeter who gives me awesome customer service, never "forgets" to call me back and always goes out of his way to make sure I understand anything and if I don't NEVER makes me feel like I am wasting his time. If Chad is unavailable then anyone in the office is just as great. My Aunt recently died and I guess I must have mentioned it to Chad because next thing I knew I had a sympathy card in the mail, HAND signed by everyone in the office offering condolences. Who does that anymore? Who actually seems happy to assist you? Who actually seems like they value you as a customer? Paul Clark State Farm!!!

I am so thankful for the folks at Paul Clark's State Farm office. I call them to make changes or update my information and I always need it done right away. While other agents might grumble or get upset Paul and his staff are friendly and eager to help. I know I am a challenging client but Chad in Paul's office is always patient and understanding and answers my questions honestly and efficiently. In today's busy world knowing you can reach a real person who understands what you are going through is invaluable and hard to find, especially in an insurance company. Kudos to Paul and his staff, keep up the good work!

I have had Paul as my State Farm agent many years. He had provided me with excellent service for a damage to my house during a bad thunderstorm. He not only help me find a contractor to do repair work but also settle the claim promptly. I also had very good experience with him on my car damage claims. I highly recommend him.

When I need a good and cheap insurance he was there for me I was in an accident earlier this year and they pay off with in 6 weeks I am very pleased with Paul Clark insurance through State farm
