I absolutely cannot express enough gratitude for the amazing service and kindness shown by the wonderful team at Coco's Seafood & Steakhouse and their exceptional General Manager. This Thanksgiving, unfortunate circumstances left my mom alone and unwell in Wisconsin. After calling over 12 restaurants from my home in Arizona with no viable leads on a restaurant that could help accommodate, a phone call to Coco's turned our challenging situation into a heartwarming Thanksgiving surprise.

The General Manager, John, went above and beyond to organize and donate a special Thanksgiving dinner delivery for my mom. From the moment I explained our situation, he exhibited genuine concern and empathy, assuring me that they would take care of everything.

The Thanksgiving dinner that arrived was nothing short of spectacular. The attention to detail and ensuring the food stayed fresh and warm was remarkable. John even went so far to ensure my mom's eating difficulties were accounted for, ensuring the meat was tender and cut into bite sized pieces. In the end, it wasn't just a meal; it was a thoughtful gesture that brought joy, comfort, and love to my mom during a time when she needed it most complete with a card John personally bought that was signed by their entire staff. To show this level of compassion and care drives home the point of how important community is, and John went above and beyond to display this during the holiday season.

The seamless coordination and prompt delivery demonstrated the professionalism and commitment of the entire team. I cannot quite put into words the beauty of the extra effort made by Coco's to turn a potentially lonely Thanksgiving for my mom into a memorable and heartening experience truly was.
In a world where genuine compassion and customer service often and unfortunately seem rare, Coco's and John have set a tall benchmark that other establishments should strive to reach. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant not only for its exquisite cuisine but also for the outstanding commitment to customer care and community support that is equally important in this world.

My wonderfully kind and spectacularly
thoughtful daughter treated me to the most extraordinary dining experience here for my birthday. From start to finish, it was incredible. Easily the best meal I have ever had. We thoroughly savored and enjoyed *everything* we ordered: lobster bisque, Asian salad, crab cakes, tenderloin, lobster, scallops, risotto and grilled asparagus. Even the bread and garlic butter was a cut above. The staff were exceptionally kind and exceedingly gracious,, with special recognition to Tracy and Gus. The tuxedo cream brûlée dessert they brought out to cap off my birthday celebration was amazing. Thank you Coco’s but most of all thank you, Gabrielle. ♥

If you are looking for a great place to eat, look no further. Coco's has amazing seafood and steaks. They also have fresh soups daily that just taste like home cooking. Everything tastes as great as it looks.

The service is always great. My husband and I have never had a bad server, and we are never rushed! It is an enjoyable experience.

The drinks are so unique and taste even better. If an alcohol drink sounds weird, you should probably try it. More than likely, it will be delicious!

Highly recommend for a date night, anniversary, celebration, or just to have great food and service, etc. This little gem is near the boardwalk, so the views are spectacular!

I visited Coco’s with my family this morning for brunch. I can happily say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve hand in a long while. I was very pleased with the Signature Prime Burger. I can’t wait to visit again a try something off you evening menu.

Ate dinner last night and the service was great. Raw Oysters, crab cakes, and Filet were delicious and definitely going to make Coco’s one of our premiere destinations for fine dining. The service lasted into today, in which I left my phone at the restaurant, and even though they are closed on Sunday, the manager drove all the way into the restaurant to retrieve it for me! Excellent meal! We had steak and scallops. We love the modern atmosphere and noticed the sleek touches like black plates and dinnerware. Service was impeccable. They also offered a free dessert for birthday. We’ll definitely be back!

In 2024, we did the 6 course Valentine's Day special & it was phenomenal!

I lost a bet with my uncle and owed him a steak dinner. He lives in Watertown, and I am in New Berlin. I choose Coco's. And I am glad I did. Everything was amazing. The wait staff was patient with me and my uncle as we were catching up. It is a place you can take that special someone to. Plenty of parking and easy to get to

We went here on a Tuesday evening for my birthday. Highly recommend reservations! They are busy and I promise it’s for good reason! We shared the fried artichokes which was mouth watering! I got the scallops and my husband got the mahi mahi. I absolutely loved the scallops with the mushroom risotto. I didn’t get a chance to try the mahi but was told it was great. They have a coco’s wine selection and I had their Sauvignon Blanc, which I did really enjoy. They have a very nice wine selection, so it was hard to figure out what to order! We had attentive service and our server was super helpful and kind. We will definitely have to make our way back!

Came for a birthday celebration and was blown away by the fantastic service. From the wine recommendation, to her being attentive to not only us, but our two little ones needs. The food was fanastic from our pork belly appetizer to the steaks and seafood and the dessert. Definitely a special occasion restaurant and will be a great memory for us.

Incredible experience! Came here in a group of 22 for the first time for a Father's Day brunch and we were all blown away by not only the food and drink quality, but the wonderfully attentive service as well. Even the six children's needs were addressed individually. Service was consistent from start to finish. Would highly recommend the Oysters Rockefeller and fruity Mocktail!

Absolutely wonderful. Tried the pork belly and kimchi. Not sure if the kimchi is made in house but it was spicy and flavorful.
My friend and I split the rib-eye which was melt in your mouth with mashed potatoes, mushrooms and some truffle sauce. The truffle sauce was creamy and amazing!
So many wonderful things to said about this place. Can’t wait to go back and try some more dishes. Great service and food. 😋

Came in on a Tuesday night to check this place out, and I was beyond amazed at the lovely atmosphere, kind staff, and quality of the food! My boyfriend and I sat at the bar and first ordered a few specialty cocktails that were unique and delicious. We ordered the bruschetta as an appetizer, and I'm not even exaggerating.. it was the best bruschetta I've ever had! My boyfriend and I are vegetarians, and we spoke with John, the GM/chef, and he made us a CUSTOM dish for each of us - cauliflower steak! I've had cauliflower steak a few times at other places and was never impressed, but what John made for us was perfection! The plate presentation blew our minds, too. As he was walking towards us with the plates, I could've sworn it was a real steak with a lobster tail on top, but it was a purple cauliflower under a smaller piece of white cauliflower with chimichurri and beet puree. This dish needs to be on the regular menu, it was so amazing! Both bartenders were super friendly and kept us entertained all night long. It's rare to find a place that checks all three boxes: divine food, lovely atmosphere, and outstanding customer service. I'm ecstatic to have found a new favorite spot in Oconomowoc! Thanks SO much John for accommodating our dietary preferences and being so hospitable!

Totally love this place, the food is always amazing and it changes seasonally. Had our 11th year anniversary tonight and it was just wonderful. The staff and chef are just wonderful. I highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious! We felt like we were on vacation while we dined outside. The atmosphere was romantic. The food was exquisite. If you want something close to home that feels Mediterranean this the place.

Beyond an amazing experience!! They were so accommodating with a little bit of a late arrival and kept the kitchen open with amazing food!! Rib-eye ridiculous!! Tender and perfect and Lobster Roll so good!! This a one of a kind gem with awesome customer service!! Just go here!! You won't regret it
