Shane helped me about two years ago. He also did a great job.

I love this location because of Shane and Mark, and because the shoes are great too.

Love all my experiences at this place. Mark did a great job. He went above and beyond. My previous time was with Shane, and he also did a great job; going above and beyond, and that’s even when the place was packed with people.

Mark is the biggest asset of this store. Many shoe stores may have fancy feet measuring contraptions and big inventory of quality shoes. Not many stores have sales consultants as patient, knowledgeable, relatable as Mark. Mark was truly interested in finding me shoes that would be best fit for me. When he couldn't, he recommended me a particular product online. He's also not jealous: I overheard him mentioning to a customer that a competing store could have a bigger selection of a particular brand the customer was interested in. Mark is a trusted advisor, if I return to that store it's because of him.

When I ran a mile in jeans to raise awareness on mental health, I received another gift card.

There are several vendors who let you try on new shoes and run in them with no obligation to purchase them.
It's not just another store to shop, the crew who work here are runners themselves; they strive to help one choose the best equipment for their budget and needs.

The manager of the West Bloomfield store is genuinely considerate and had advised me on sports injuries several times.
I will definitely return here for future purchases.

It never occured to me that buying shoes would be such a great experience. I was planning to go in and find a shoe and try it on and hope it fits. I had the BEST customer service one could imagine. Miram was so helpful and knowledgeable. She tried different sizes and styles. She was so smart and friendly. I am for sure telling everyone to buy shoes from Running Fit and hopefully Miriam will be working and she will provide you with a great shoe. Store also had some great deals on sunglasses and socks.

I had a great first time experience here today. Found the perfect shoe for my upcoming race (ON Cloudmonsters). Excellent customer service, great collection available at the store, and good prices. They don’t have a treadmill anymore but they let you run around the plaza to test the shoes. I loved that.

Miriam makes shoe shopping exciting! I enjoy coming to this store for the customer service and convenience. She was able to analyze my walk and determine the best shoe for me. I can confidently say that she knows how to help a runner go farther. These shoes have been great and I will definitely be purchasing my next shoe from Miriam.

I was just in today and Max helped me find the perfect insoles for my shoes! He had me stand on a scanner that analyses your foot arch, width, length, etc. I am a PA working long hours in the OR and want good arch support as well as max cushion. I used to use RoadRunner “custom” insoles but the insoles that Max found for me already seem much better! He was so informative and passionate about finding the best fit for me. Shoutout to Max!!!

Wide selection of shoes. I was recommended here by my podiatrist and have no complaints. I was in and out with a new pair of shoes that were exactly what my feet needed. Looks like it would be a great running store as well if that was one of your hobbies.

Came in looking for my first pair of “real” running shoes. Mark was extremely helpful with finding the shoe that fit my foot. He brought out multiple shoes and never made it seem like I was annoying or inconveniencing him. 11/10.

My daughter have flat feet and she needs to be fitted properly before purchasing a durable and comfortable walking/running shoe.The customer service, Hayden provided was outstanding! Hayden is very knowledgeable, patient, attentive, compassionate, honest and personable. I loved the experience of making an appointment at Running Fit. The appointment allows consumers to have a one on one personal attention experience while allowing Hayden to focus on the customer's individual needs and wants without being distracted. I needed new running/walking shoes and I was very pleased with the service I received. They helped me figure i out the kind of shoes I needed and made sure I was happy with them! Defiantly going back when i need shoes again!

Bought my first pair today. Had once visited the same store before to buy my friend a pair. During that time, I was like, I’m good buying it online..blah..blah..I didn’t understand/neglected the underlying dynamics to what it takes to choose a good pair, when I’m spending same amount of bucks online too.

Had a first run just now with my new pairs, I must say, I’ve been wearing poor shoes since How Long, I wonder! Fit in my new ones is great & with those insoles. Ah, Game Changer. Thank you, I didn’t remember the guy’a name but he was really helpful & even understood & he addressed my specific needs & concerns.

People out there(even though scans weren’t working due to some connectivity issues today) they are PRO, even with an old school approach, they help you choose a good pair because they know their stuff well.
