Leo's Coney Island (Downtown Royal Oak)

I came in this morning and a young woman took my order. She was so remarkable that I had to leave a review. I can tell she hasn't been a server long, however she knew the job perfectly and her communication and politeness were well beyond what would be expected. I think she would be a great head server and face for your restaurant during the week. I am in the business and i wanted to bring her to your attention Arianna

Aubrey was amazing she had our food out in like 5 minutes, she was so funny, she made my day. I had a family member in the hospital and was really struggling and she made me smile and gave me a really nice experience :)

Went here late last night and ate the best food. Our waitress was dope!!! And there was another waitress with literally the coolest makeup and accessories and she is an ICON and management must protect her at all costs thank you

Good, service was great...only thing was that the tables & floor were dirty with food, booth seats were the same way. Hash browns were too hard & crunchy, hard to taste any potatoes .

But, I like that this place is still open 24 hrs. I think my server was Ahmad? Awesome young African American guy. We had a great conversation....👍

Always open late, and the food is still hot and fresh. Service has always been excellent as well.

Perfect choice if you're hungry after a comedy show at Mark Ridley's or Go Comedy in Ferndale.

Food was good and speedy with hipster girls working up front that are cool, but the place was dirty, especially in the bathroom.

In town on business and stopped here to eat. Very friendly staff and a large menu of Coney and Greek items. Food was hot and came out fast. A lot of flavor also. Price was reasonable as well.

Outstanding food. Omlet was cooked perfectly, it was exactly as ordered. Waitress was attentive and obviously good at her job. She definitely earned a generous tip. The royal oak location is open 24 hours and that is greatly appreciated. Parking can be challenging but there is a parking g garage behind the restaurant that is free of charge at night.with a non typical work schedule and the 24 hour service I will be a repeat customer for the foreseeable future.

Another great experience at a Leo's. 1st time at this location, new favorite. Love that its 24 hours. Food was great- had the chicken kabobs w/Greek salad and my valentine had a delicious chicken wrap. Leo's is 💣

A goat when you need to grab something to eat and you like decent and quick service. Especially if you are a late person is always open.

Always open always serving whatever you want breakfast dinner dessert fresh fries etc what a Coney island should be delicious at all hours. Love this one!

Great restaurant, modest service. 24 hours of convenience. Might be hard to spot however from a vehicle in normal traffic.

We always get the SWEETEST waitress here. She’s kind. She’s understanding. And she never gives us grief for ordering coffee with a glass of icecubes on the side . I keep meaning to ask her name. Because a GOOD hostess / server like her is hard to find ( if management is reading this. I’m the goth girl with the long haired friend who comes in to work on homework and RP games ) she deserves a giant raise for her demeanor and kindness.

Great place especially in the morning, pretty quiet and the two girls that were here Sophie & Olivia were amazing! Definitely recommend the two coney and fries! Would come here again!

Went in for a reuben...came out with my REAL dad! What a lovely surprise :) Could use more hot sauce overall. But besides that service was great.

The food was extraordinary! We got a couple of omelettes and it was probably the best omelette I have ever had. For being under staffed, our waitress, Angel, had that place in control. She was the sweetest and had our food out quickly. They are for sure lucky to have such a wonderful waitress in these dark times!

Decided to give Leo’s another try, the lady there today with the curly black hair made sure I had everything I needed. She was so sweet. The smell in there is still pretty bad and the other employees there made me hate it before. But as long as she’s there, I’ll be coming for more Michigan salads. thanks girl!!!!
