A very nice store. Well laid out neat and clean. A pleasant and informative the big plus here is that they weren't pushy.
The delivery was scheduled for 6 days after the purchase, and it came on time with plenty of notification from the delivery crew.
We purchased two of these chairs, and they appear to be very sturdy and made of good quality materials.
We got a very nice product, great service, very good price, and excellent delivery. What more do you want in the furniture store.

I absolutely love this place! They have beautiful furniture at an affordable price. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Earl with excellent customer service, he explained everything to me thoroughly such as how to find measurements of the furniture pieces, pricing, finance options and even delivery. This guy is a top notch salesman. He is also very professional and knowledgeable. The level of expertise that Earl provides is unmatched. I didn’t catch the name of the guy at the checkout register but he was also amazing.
I am so pleased with the service I received at BOB’s Furniture in Livonia. If you are looking for a wonderful experience while buying furniture then you definitely want to visit this store. Ask for Earl!

Very welcoming and helpful, gave tips and advice while we were looking for our furniture. Didn’t feel pressured to buy anything. We actually came in a couple times for a few weeks looking around before buying anything and all the workers were nice…. And there’s free ice cream!!!

My experience at Bob's Discount Furniture believe it or not was actually an enjoyable one. Within a minute of entering I was asked if I needed any assistance. Which I did. All my questions were answered. And I was shown multiple options to meet my needs. The sales representative, Nathalie, was a pleasure to talk with. It was more like speaking with a friend than it was a sales rep. Her non "pushy" approach, allowing me to decide on the information she provided is probably what closed the deal. I would return there in the future after this experience.

We had a great experience at Bob's furniture in Livonia. Very nice sales person who did not follow us around while we were just looking! We found what we were looking for and our questions were answered. We made a purchase and left as a satisfied customer! Kayden was a great sales associate!

Natalie was AWESOME, very informative and listened and didn’t try to sell me something I wasn’t asking for and when my girlfriend and I first came in to look around she gave us space to look and only came over when we had questions for her. Wasn’t pushy and made our experience great, I was going as support cause my friend was buying a new house and needed a house full of furniture. I saw something that would interest my husband and daughter for our home and came back to give Natalie the sale. The rest of her coworkers were great as well in helping our shopping experience

The place is nicely organized and the sales people do not bother or (hound) you. They tell you where everything is at and leave you alone to browse and shop. The salesman I had answered all questions with dignity. They helped me with no pressure at all. The furniture is of good quality at a good price. Very reasonable. I bought something from there and I already have my eye on getting something else!

Great service. The store is very spacious and inviting. My Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and informed me if there was a delay on delivery on certain items.

I came in as soon as they opened and I was serviced immediately. I confirmed my order with a manger before paying for dining set. I had a great experience & will return when I’m ready to furnish my other rooms.
