Courteous and professional staff. Accurate and prompt with their ability to get the job done right with no mistakes. They also have the lowest costs in comparison to other title companies. Highly recommend Progressive Title Agency, Inc.

They are crooks and liars. Do not use this Company. They never did a Title search on our house we purchased. When we sold it, the title came up with all these liens. We have the proof that they didn't do their job correctly. They are unethical and have no morals. The guy on the phone hung up on me.

Joel has always been amazing and he always gives you the clear answers and keeps you on top of things.

If I could give no stars, I would. As many other reviewers have already said, Joel (or Joe?) was one of the rudest, most unprofessional, impatient people I've had the displeasure of interacting with. No need to call to find out, simply look at all these reviews from other lost customers, and how, even in the comments on these reviews, he continues to justify his unjustifiable behavior and discredit all of us saying the same thing about him. I called to inquire about the different title services they offered, how they differ, and which would be best for me. After prefacing with the fact that his not a lawyer, he immediately began to talk over me, and a mile per minute. I was tempted to ask if he was in a rush, he was talking so fast. All the while he's talking, I'm trying to ask questions to ensure I'm understanding what he's saying, and he replies with condescending and snarky remarks. For example "I don't care how you get the deed here, I just need to get it. I won't be able to get it out the trash" At the end of it all, to summarize I ask him what my next steps need to be. He says " I just told you". I respond " Yes, but I'm sorry, you were talking so fast and I'm new to this, it was hard to process it all" to which he responds "I'm sorry you think I talk too fast but I already said it all." "So you won't tell me again?" I say. To which he says " You know what, sir, go talk to a lawyer. I've already told you everything" and he hangs up on me. I call back, hoping to get someone else. And I do, but to no avail. I tell this second gentleman that Joe/Joel is intolerable and I'm glad I have someone else on the line. I explain my situation to this new gentleman, ask him how much it costs to do a quitclaim deed, where to get the proper paper work and where to send it to. He responds with " Sir, I was in the room during your last phone call, you need to consult a lawyer." I said a lawyer can't tell me how much you all charge for your services, a lawyer can't tell me how your services work. He repeated again that I need to talk to a lawyer and at this point, I understood this is just their phrase to say "Take your business somewhere else" and that's exactly what I did. Shame on Joel/Joe and shame on the second gentleman enabling his horrendous behavior.

The owner of the establishment provided false information regarding a title insurance exception. When asked for details about the underwriter, he responded defensively and insultingly. Just for your reference, the underwriter in question is Fidelity. I happen to be both a Broker and an Attorney and do not recommend any other Broker to utilize this company. Chicago Title Insurance is a member of the Fidelity National Title Group. And the response does not change what I stated, I would not recommend this company.

I am a transaction coordinator. This agency never asked for commissions/transaction fee for the buyer’s agent. We caught the transaction fee but not the commission. Now, our agent is out of her commission. Worst experience ever with a title company.

Terrible experience. The owner Joel was incredibly rude and disrespectful when I asked a question about my transaction. Joel became very combative and argumentative and even hung up the phone on me TWICE when I tried to gain clarity on the transaction. I will NEVER use nor recommended this title company. Agents be ware!! Save yourself the headache. Please read the other reviews I am not alone in this experience

As a notary public and licensed real estate agent for the State of Michigan I recently had interactions with this title company and the owner or manager, Joel Dault. I was hired as a closer to close a real estate transaction for Progressive Title. I completed the transaction as instructed, however, Joel, didn't like how a couple of forms were completed and decided to yell at me over the phone about how I didn't do my job and even called me a LIAR. The truth is he is the LIAR and points blame at anyone but himself. I won't go into details but as a consumer as well as a real estate agent I would not send my business to this company solely based on how Joel treats his clients/customers. After his rant and degrading comments towards me he told me to "get off his phone" and hung up on me. For a company who serves the public, I'm not sure the public would want to be serviced by Progressive Title.

"I don't even care" is what Joe said when I had requested him to confirm on something pertaining to my account. I had to switch title agencies because of horrible customer service. It's a nightmare dealing with someone like Joe. Very rude (although he continually says he is not trying to be rude) and constantly makes ridiculous accusations (and then denies making them). If you decide to go with this Title Agency, you're on your own.

The owner of the company answered a phone call and was extremely unhelpful, rude, and was unaware of the legalities of my requests and questions. This company is NOT worth anyone's time or money. The man that owns this company is a snake whom only cares for himself.

This title company only cares about your money. The people who work here are extremely unresponsive and ignorant. When you call, you have to call multiple times before anyone even answers the phone. Very unprofessional.

WORST COMPANY WITH WORSE PEOPLE. DO NOT USE.
