Salesperson Mark C was excellent and delivery happened today.Bart and Chris were a good team. Bart was efficient and excellent in installing our new dishwasher and gave instructions on use. I always buy my appliances from Big George/Witbeck as my parents did in Ann Arbor.

Andrew H. and Eli delivered my range. They arrived on time. They were very careful bringing it in, protecting both my floors and the range. They made sure it was positioned well for the installers coming in a few days and made sure it didn't obstruct our movement in the mean time. They took all unneeded packaging away. Both were both very professional and pleasant.

My Frigidaire GRFN2853AF3 French door refrigerator was delivered today. Great communication setting up and tracking delivery. Received phone call 30 minutes before arrival from Roberto. Roberto and Juan were very polite, professional and knowledgeable as well as skilled at getting the old fridge out to their truck and getting my 28.8 fridge safely into my home and installed. Roberto and Juan did an excellent job. Highly recommend them and Big George’s in West Bloomfield!

Additionally, she helped me order custom appliances and coordinated multiple deliveries, all of which went smoothly and efficiently. From start to finish, our experience was incredible. Our sales associate was knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting us in picking out our new appliances. The communication was fantastic throughout our buying process and keeping us up to date on when our appliances would arrive. We needed to change our delivery and installation date multiple times due to our project timeline changing and there was never an issue and we were always met with kindness and understanding. The delivery and installation team arrived on time and was professional and courteous. We could not be happier with our experience!

Installation of my Wolf Stove Hood/Blower was completed today.
The entire process from ordering, pre-installation site review, scheduling and final install was effective, clear and efficient. Installation by Jerad and William went exceptionally well and they did an outstanding job. Thank you Big George's & Witbeck. Will look forward to our next project.

We had a great experience at Witbeck! Mark greeted us in the store and helped us quickly identify the right washing machine for our needs. The delivery was quick and installation process was smooth. We have an old home with tight spaces, but Alec and Andrew handled it like champs.

Superb salesperson (Chris Baharis) anticipated and answered all questions. Delivery and installation crew was prompt, efficient and courteous. The entire purchase process, beginning with a phone inquiry about these appliances, to an in-store visit to date of installation was completed in five days. This is why we've bought all of our appliances through them for over twenty years.

Pedro was wonderful to work with. The delivery and installation guys for our new refrigerator were awesome. Took their time to make sure they didn’t damage anything. Explained and covered anything I needed to know. In addition, they were so nice and very professional. Great experience.

The purchase experience was good but the delivery/installation was FANTASTIC!! Dave & Thomas were the best!! They were so careful getting old out and new in with such a small area to work in. They got things installed, running and took the time to explain...show us all of the features. They were both extremely professional....friendly...just an all around great experience. Will definitely return to Witbeck in West Bloomfied.

Went with a family member to pick out new appliances and Joseph Mate was our salesman. He was very helpful and his knowledge of all the appliances was impressive. Would highly recommend this place and Joseph.

The floor staff at Witbeck was welcoming and very helpful when I came to search for a new washer and dryer. They were responsive when I had to reschedule my delivery day/time and, when the delivery took place, the team who came to cart away our old units and install our new ones could not have been more pleasant or helpful. A wonderful experience start to finish!

Mark Carrier was on top of our order from start to finish. We needed a replacement dishwasher quickly, but did not want to settle for what was immediately available. Mark help us with a recommendation, and then kept us appraised of delivery timing. He even scheduled installation based on the anticipated delivery date to minimize our down time. This is our third time using Witbeck and second time working with Mark. We will return for future needs.

We bought a GE oven at the Orchard Lake store from Chris Baharis for a specific space in our kitchen which was not easy. He was a pleasure to work with. Tim B. and Mike K. had a challenge, but installed it perfectly taking great care in every respect. The oven looks great. They left the area clean. We greatly appreciated their expertise and attitude!

Josh was my salesperson and did an outstanding job of helping me find a new dishwasher. The installer was fabulous and was flawless in his installation and then when he finished he showed me how to work the dishwasher. Really a terrific company to deal with.
