Purchased this beautiful 2011 Nissan Rogue from Tony Martinez at Crown Motors and had an awesome experience! He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole experience. The car only had one key, we made it very important to have a second pair. He went above and beyond to make sure we got that extra key. Got in contact with the key guy and he even came to my office to get everything settled. I love my new car and will definitely refer friends and family to come out to Holland for the same experience.

Tony and Crystl were super to deal with! We were referred by cars.com and got a quick response regarding a test drive and further details on the car we wanted. Tony handed us the keys and suggested a good test drive route with no time pressure. There were also no high-pressure sales tactics, just really good folks to deal with. They were also very flexible with payment options as well as accommodating our wishes on a special plate and the parks pass.

Tony is an amazing person. Bought a car, and even tho he didn't need to help me when I had to send it in to get some cosmetic work done, he went above and beyond to help me. What a great experience!! We started talking about a car on Friday at 4 pm and drove away with it on Saturday at 11 am. To complicate matters further we live 5 1/2 hours away. Tony was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! He knew we were coming from a long ways , he knew the things to think about when buying across state lines, and knew how anxious I was about purchasing a vehicle so far away. We were on the phone until late Friday night double checking everything to make sure nothing was missed and could go wrong.

My son Kevin had been looking around for a good used car, and we called Crowne Motors Wholesale Outlet about a Ford Fusion and a Toyota Camry that were on the website. When we got there, we found Tony to be very friendly and helpful, and he brushed the snow off the cars and warmed them up so we could test drive them. We found both cars to be very clean, well maintained cars. Tony was very accommodating and gave all of the details on the cars. Kevin chose the Camry, and Tony gave him a good deal and had a second key made, and Crystal was very friendly and helpful in explaining the paperwork and the credit process. We had a very positive experience here, and would recommend to anyone to check this place out when you are shopping for a good used car.

This place was wonderful. I had my eyes on a 2018 Hyundai Elantra for a few weeks and went in for a test drive. I was a little nervous that I’d get a pushy salesman that didn’t have my best interest at heart. What I got was quite the opposite. Tony was kind and helpful. He did not want to push me to purchase the car. I was concerned that two of the tires were worn and he went above and beyond by throwing in two brand new tires for FREE. And he didn’t stop there. Any concerns or reservations I had, he took care of. He also got an amazing price for my trade in. He did everything in his power to make sure I was getting a great deal that I felt good about! I could tell his intentions were pure and I ended up driving my brand new car out of the lot with a smile on my face. This is a great place ran by great people. I wish every car dealership was like this one.

My husband and I purchased a car from this location and I could not be more happy with the service we received. From the very beginning, they were extremely helpful and understanding. This was the first time we purchased a car and did not know a lot of the terminology and process. Crystal and Tony were both understanding and answered all of our question with patience. Also, my husband and I are both college students so we were on an extremely tight budget and Crystal helped us a lot with the price. Once all of that was done, we worked with Luis to finalize the financing on the car. He also was very patient and understanding when it came to our questions. I do not have anything bad to say about this location.

My roommate and I had been shopping around for a new car because our old car was on its last leg. We had seen a car we were interested in at the Outlet and wanted to check it out. Before we could get there another buyer put money down for that vehicle but we decided to make the trip anyway because Crystal said they had another cars that fit our needs. Crystal talked to us about what we were looking for, including a price range we were looking for as well. She showed us our options while Tony and Luis started doing some work on finding us the best deal. We took two test drives. When we returned with the second, we compared options and found our new Honda Fit was the best choice. The paperwork process with Luis was smooth and easy. They worked with us patiently to get all the paperwork we needed since we live 45 minutes away. They also traded in our old 2000 Saturn and we were able to use that money for part of the down payment. By the end of the week they had saved us more money on top of giving us a discount so we came back to re-sign. Tony and Crystal filled up our gas tank that trip just because, which was a huge blessing. We just came back today to get our plate and registration. Tony put on the new plate for us. He also filled up our tank a second time and paid for a car wash. Tony also sent us over to get our alarm checked out because it has been going off randomly for no reason. He is covering the cost for this as well. My roommate and I have been very pleased. The small dealer feel is less intimidating than big dealers. Crystal, Tony, and Luis are all nice, polite, understanding, and safe. They didn't take advantage or push anything on us. We are very happy with our experience so far and will more than likely buy from them again for the next one. We would highly recommend anyone to go and buy their next vehicle from Crystal, Tony, and Luis. You won't be disappointed. They genuinely want to give you a reliable vehicle for a decent price and will bend over backwards to make it happen.

Just bought a new to me used car from these guys and wow were they amazing. They treat you like family. I liked a car from the other crown lot and Tony took the time to meet me over there himself and spend the time talking with me and explaining each car we looked at and some pros and cons.
