We brought our laptop in to be repaired. As it turned out, it was a simple fix, done expeditiously, and no charge. We have brought our i phones here with top service at great prices! Great customer service, here!!

I buy all of my used iMacs at Experimax. They work well, and if there's ever an issue, they're skilled at fixing them. Typing to you on my new used 2017 21.5" iMac 3.0 that I got for $499.99 - they installed a new solid state hard drive and it's humming!

I came into the store for help to retrieve old photos, often old MacBook and external Drive. Brandon was awesome. We ran into multiple hiccups and he navigated through them and was incredibly patient. Highly recommend!

Have bought with them in the past and was very satisfied with everything from price to customer service. Today I was trying to unload an old Mac and was planning on donating it. I made a comment asking if I could have a dollar for the old thing to make me feel better and the associate actually gave me one which made me feel a lot better about getting rid of it. In today's times it was a gesture above and beyond and I will be shopping with them in the future. Very professional and nice.

I stopped in because my son got a game stuck in his Nintendo switch. It was really wedged in there. He looked at it right away and it took him all of one minute to remove the game from the console. With no damage either. I asked what I owed him and he said no charge. WOW!! I told him for sure, I will come back and give them my business. They were super friendly and VERY helpful. 10/10 experience!

Went to sell a iPhone 11. They tested it and offered a fair price. Treated me with respect. I will definitely bring my Apple products to them for repair after I asked about issues I am having with Mac computer they quoted me a very fair price for diagnosis.

I've had to go here twice to find a particular screw to mount an SSD drive to my motherboard. Both times the staff had what I needed and didn't charge me for the hardware. They are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

So my screen was not fully set right and is coming apart all you guys did was fix a screen and charging port don't work screen not placed right somehow siri not working front camera can you guys at least fix my screen what I paid for you to do

UPDATE ***11/29/22
After my last post, the owner from Experimax, Mr. John called me and offered to fix my screen for free. I was pleasantly surprised and took him up on the offer. True to his word, he fixed my screen and i have not had any problems with the screen since. For the prompt response and actually following through with his promise, i have updated my rating to a five star. Thank you Mr. John.

My experience at this shop is one of mixed feelings. The staff is very friendly, cordial, no complaints. However the quality of their repairs is not so hot. My screen cracked on my tablet so i take it in. They “repaired” it. Three or four months later without it being dropped, fully protected with tempered glass and case it cracks again. So i take it to get it repaired again paying again. The second time the home button was not placed properly so i had to take it back again(didn’t pay because it was still under the 90 days). Now about 6 months later the main screen is cracked yet again but the glass screen protector is not. Besides my child just pointed it out that when they placed the new screen, they partial covered the front camera so that half of it always looks like it has a finger covering part of the lens. I am now going to have to take it in for repairs yet again. I am now paying more then I originally paid for the tablet. As much as I wanted to like this company, i will not be a returning customer.

I am so thankful for the quick fix he was able to do on my phone. I had already went to the T-mobile store and they said that there was nothing they could do to help me. I am so grateful, I now have a working phone!. Thanks again Experimax!!

if you ever need your phone fixed in the canton area this is the place to go! the 2 staff members were both extremely helpful with their service, along with giving me after care instructions to help prevent the situation again. they also have many cool tech products in store for purchase I would recommend them to anyone!

Sold an iPhone XR. The person I dealt with was pleasant. Got a fair price (far better than the shady, bait & switch that Apple tried to pull when I was trading in the phone). The whole process took about 15 minutes

I got two macbooks fixed from this place. They both are working great. Its been more than 6 months. They offer warranty on their work. Its affordable, reliable and no long waiting times.
