Leon's Flooring in Livonia was a life saver! Gary in sales & Solo, my installer were stellar in all aspects of my carpet install. They had my job done in 2 days! Gary came by to measure on Saturday night and Solo was at my house on Monday morning to install 600sq ft of carpeting. I had been waiting for another contractor who had put me off for a month, then just quit. When Gary said they could install it right away, it was a holiday miracle and sealed the deal with all my future flooring needs. Kudos guys, you're the best and I can't say thank you enough!

I highly recommend Leon Flooring where customer service is a priority. Gary was our salesperson and he was a pleasure to work with. Moe was our installer he was very professional & polite. We had an unforeseen problem with our subfloor and he was able to fix it. The whole process was quick, easy, and flawless. I couldn't be happier with the end result. I can't forget to mention Samantha who was helpful in so many ways!

Awesome experience, we had a bit of an unusual request for our vinyl flooring. Leon's was the only place willing to do it and for reasonable pricing! From the moment we walked in to Leon’s Flooring Outlet everyone we encountered was kind and helpful. Working with Gary on the flooring we needed for both bedroom & kitchen was great. The whole experience from Leon’s was second to non. Brian came over for the estimate and was very friendly and knowledgeable and their quote was the best out of all. Solo installed the carpet in 4 hours and helped me move furniture around. I couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to go with Leon’s for our flooring for the basement. Gary was my salesperson and he was amazing. Both Gary and Samantha helped my wife and I choose what flooring would work best with our home and our budget!

Moe H. handled our vinyl flooring and Tom took care of the carpet. Both were extremely professional and got the job done in record time! Our house looks brand new and has a whole new life thanks to all involved!!

5 stars isn't enough! We specifically went to the home expo trade show because of the AD we seen on Facebook. We met Sam at the show, she said she was sending the owners husband Mike out to give us our estimate. Hands down - he was amazing! He listened to our needs and wants, he customized our quote to fit what we wanted. Materials were ordered and in less than 2 weeks, the installers Mike and Moe came out to install. Installer Mike came alone the first day and rocked out half of the house! Moe came with Mike the second day and they rocked it out and finished it.

Not only did they do an AMAZING job installing, they made sure to use every piece of material they possibly could so we didn't have any unnecessary waste. The luxury vinyl plank flooring is hands down the best investment! These guys made our home look so stunning!! The perfect color, they laid it exactly as I wanted it and the results are perfection. We have a staircase in the middle of the house, so how they were able to lay it from the foyer and throughout the connecting rooms and it still lines up perfectly just proves these are the EXPERTS!!

Our home is new to us, we knew when we bought it that we had things we had to do to make it right. Leon's Flooring Outlet has helped us make this our dream home! We still have more renovations to complete - but hands down - Leon's Flooring Outlet will be my ONLY source for my flooring needs going forward.

I'm a huge Google review fan, I don't buy from a company unless I read all the reviews carefully. So I say I'd give more than 5 stars if I could for this reason, if I could give one star for each of the following:
1. Great Communication
2. Great Lead Time from date of quote, to Installation date.
3. Quality of Material (high end commercial grade by Shaw - although this is more manufacturer, I put this because Leon's supplies it instead of cheap garbage others could sell)
4. Expertise in the Installation
5. Time it took to prep and install
6. Clean-up after install
7. Friendliness of the installers, they were respectful of my home.
8. The expert tips and advise on little things that others overlook.
9. They always asked me to come see for myself the flooring under my appliances so I knew it was done and done right.

I'm sure there is a few more, but based on this - I'd give them at least 9 stars if I could.

My husband was impressed when we came home, he loves the job they did! Hands down, I strongly recommend Leon's Flooring Outlet and will yell it from the rooftops if it would help you feel assured that they are the right people for the job!

We chose Shaw dark elm, it was darker than the original 90's hardwood flooring that was here. The old flooring was so ruined by the previous homeowners. The dust and smell of refinishing was not an option. (Mike did mention they could have done that too). But we wanted waterproof and pet proof. LVP was the only option for us. So glad we did!!

In the photos I am attaching, one is the original hardwood floors (but it was a good area of it, not the blackened damaged warped nasty areas). Then 2 photos of the floors, this is before cleaning.

When I have time to update with completely finished photos, I will add them.

After waiting months for our flooring installation with another company, we reached out to Leon's Flooring Outlet. We were able to schedule an installation of our 5" White Oak immediately. Installation took only a day and a half. Gary and Moe are clean and efficient workers that do great work. Our edges and lines and clean, and the wood flooring is fitted tight with the wall. They did en excellent job lacing the new flooring with our old flooring installed 1 year ago by another company. Would highly recommend if looking for reliable workers that guarantee good work. After moving into our new house, we decided to replace the carpets in the basement and first floor bedrooms.
Upstairs we found beautiful hardwood that had not been covered when a previous owner repainted and uneven cement floor in the basement.
We needed a highly skilled hardwood floor refinisher to deal with the paint, as well as skilled labor for the basement to ensure an even surface to lay the vinyl flooring we wanted. After talking with several companies and receiving quotes, we reached Leon's flooring. We talked with Gary who then came over, took measurements, and gave us great recommendations adjusted to our budget.
The basement was entirely transformed by Mo and Mike, they leveled everything and lay down the new vinyl flooring (my wife loves it).
The sanding and polishing of the hardwood done by Clovis is a work of art.
I highly recommend Leon's flooring. They're professional, on time, and are committed to working with your budget and project to provide you with exceptional work.

We called Mike at Leon’s for an issue with our engineered wood kitchen floor. Mike called us in prompt time, was efficient and very pleasant. I sent photos and the appointment was made. He scheduled us for repair in 2 days! Then another Mike came out, looked at the floor, assessed the issue, repaired so it looked great. He was courteous, knowledgeable, informative and knew how to correct the issue. We need to address the flooring in the future and they both were great at giving us general information and options for later.He cleaned up when finished. Between the 2 gentlemen, Mike, and Mike K, we were happy with the service and would definitely recommend them. Samantha was the phone contact and she also was very nice and was part of keeping us informed and on track for the appointment. All 3 receive 5 stars! Thank you.

We are definitely happy with our experience and our floor from Leon’s Flooring Outlet. Our salesperson Gary was extremely knowledgeable about the products and incredibly patient with our indecisiveness. There is an enormous inventory and we struggled making a decision. When we narrowed our search down to 3 possible floors, Gary was nice enough to bring samples over to our house so we could see how they looked with our lighting and cabinets. Our installer Jamal was also very professional. On the morning of the install, he called us as soon as he arrived at the shop
to let us know he was going to be heading out soon and when to expect him. He and his partner arrived on time and although they got the floor installed much quicker than we had expected it looks fantastic. They did really beautiful work. (They were even kind enough to empty our pantry, something we were supposed to do but forgot) We are extremely pleased with the entire experience and will be recommending them for their knowledgeable, professional staff, incredibly large selection of floorings to choose from and their “go above and beyond” work ethic!

Leon’s Flooring did a great job installing our carpet. The installers were polite, skilled and cleaned up everything once the job was complete. Their carpet selection was great and we enjoyed working with Gary. Would definitely recommend them.

Leon’s was the best! From Samantha, who had a sample I requested sent out to my house within two days. Gary came out to measure and gave us a price which could not be beat by local competitors. Install was arranged within two weeks and done in one day, what a fantastic job they did. So pleased with Leon’s five star service.!

What a great experience I had with Leon's Flooring outlet. My wife and I were looking for wood flooring for our bedroom and we're helped by Mike H., he was very courteous and knowledgeable on the different floors. The info helped us alot in our decision to allow them to install the floor .Mike H came out and measured the room and even told me about custom vents which would go perfect with the floor which I chose to go with. My installers were good guys as well Mike K. and Moe, both were diligent workers . Mike K explained to me the process of how the floor was going to be installed and if there was any questions or input which I agree with how it was going to be placed. They were precise and steadfast in removing the carpet and laying the floor. In between the laying of the floor Mike K. would show me the work as I could see it coming together. Upon finishing the floor the vision I had was superseded by what I saw we loved the finished product. We definitely appreciate the work of these gentlemen.

Leon’s helped us lay solid hardwood throughout our entire home and replaced our carpeted stairs with solid oak treads, and we are extremely happy with the results.

What sets Leon’s apart is how much they’re willing to listen and work with their customers to earn their satisfaction. Mike, the owner, was there every step of the way to answer our questions and listen to our feedback. Our installer, Moe, is very skilled and patient and always tried to do things to our liking, even when we were being picky about little details that hardly anyone would notice. We discovered an issue with our second level landing stair nose after the work is completed (this mainly has to do with how the stairs was previously constructed so not really Leon’s fault). We reached out to Mike only trying to get some understanding of the issue and never expected Mike would send Moe back to take a look and actually found a creative way to solve the issue. This happened after we’ve signed our satisfaction form and paid the project in full, so technically they weren’t obligated to come back but they did regardless.

The end result is simply beautiful. Our carpenter also said Leon’s did an amazing job, so there, you have an expert’s opinion on the great work Leon’s did.
