Jewelry Set in Stone

Stephen took a birthstone ring I got back in 1967 and turned it into a beautiful necklace for my great niece. It is so beautiful, and hopefully will bring as much joy to Zoey as it has brought me all these years.

Was informed by a well known independent jeweler in Ann Arbor that the repair I needed on a very sentimental necklace was not possible because it was made of stainless steel, not silver. Locals told me to call Stephen at Jewelry Set in Stone. He not only made the needed repair, but he did so in a way that made this piece much more secure. The price was well within my budget doing what the previous place told me could not be done at all.

We initially met Stephen from SIS at an arts festival in Ann Arbor and my (then)boyfriend got an awesome star wars necklace from his stand which we has worn every day since (>1year). So, when we got engaged a few months later, he immediately came to mind when we were thinking of who could make him a beatiful, quality, and one of a kind wedding ring. Stephen was a pleasure to work with on my husband's wedding band! He made a unique piece of jewelry which we feel represents our forever love and commitment to one another and he absolutely loves wearing it. I hired Steven do design a wedding band to go with my Grandmother's wedding set. I came in with ideas of what I wanted, but couldn't picture what I was going for, but Steven listened to every detail of what I said and drew a couple of ideas on paper as I sat there. What he came up with was absolutely perfect. The final product was beautiful beyond what I could have imagined. He added to my grandmother's ring without disturbing to original piece (other than making needed repairs for us).
I am so grateful I found this shop otherwise I am sure I would not have been as happy with anything else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I purchased a ring elsewhere and it wasn't the right size at all. So the place where I bought it, sent the ring out to be resized. When I got it back, it was still the wrong size and they had ruined part of the ring. I took it to Jewelry Set In Stone and he was able to properly resize the ring and fix the ruined portion. He knew exactly what I wanted and worked very diligently. My only regret is that I didn't take it here first. Very professional and friendly, will definitely be going here for all my future jewelry needs.
