We recently remodeled a house and knew we would buy all of our appliances from Heydlauff's and I'm so glad we did! We unfortunately had a few issues with our finished kitchen design and they were so accommodating, helpful and quick to fix a problem that was not of their doing. Would recommend working with them over any other big box appliance store - their customer service cannot be beat!!

Unbeatable customer service and fast response. I needed a washer and dryer as quick as I could get it… not only did Katie have them delivered the next day, the two EMPLOYEES that showed up were top notch. It’s not often that delivery guys are actually employed by the company they deliver for. I cannot believe how well the entire process went. I will use them for every appliance need moving forward.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my washer/dryer and refrigerator. Katie is an excellent salesperson and understood my needs. The installation team removed my old appliances and installed the new ones, and took the time to fix an issue with my dryer vent I wasn't aware that I had. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations of why I wanted to purchase there and not through one of the big box stores.

They leave you alone to browse until you ask for help. It is a perfect combination of customer service and sales pressure. This is why we've purchased all of our appliances from them. And they support service calls. We have always felt like one of the family there. I recommend them to anyone in the market for a home appliance.

I just had to post and let Heydlauff's know that their company is absolutely stellar. From the time my husband ordered the washer and dryer to the installation it was perfect. We ordered a gas dryer not realizing we had an electric dryer. The guys were totally cool about it and were back in two days with an electric dryer. They were cordial and efficient. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely refer everyone I know looking for appliances to Heydlauff's.

We had our kitchen remodel and got our appliances from Heydlauff’s. The whole process was very smooth and helped move our old fridge down into the basement and hauled away our old appliances. Katie was our salesperson throughout the process and her communication was/is great. And the staff who came to install were very friendly and informative. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to purchase appliances!

We discovered Heydlauff a few years back when wanting Speed Queen washer and dryer. We had such a positive experience we’ve since purchased a new dishwasher, range, freezer and are awaiting he delivery of a new refrigerator. The sales staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The delivery crew is efficient and installation of every appliance was done in a professional manner. A great small local company.

Lance at Heydlauff’s did a great job of working with us via phone calls and e mails on our purchase of our new Bosch 800 series refrigerator and Electrolux titanium washer and dryer. The installers were super professional and careful during the installation of of the a-pliances. They took the time to show us the operation of our new appliances. Based on our experience with the team at Heydlauff Appliance we will never go to the big box stores for our appliance needs.

Friendly service; working with Hekydlauff's was easy! They sent a crew out to measure for my fridge as it was going to be a tight fit. The price was fair, same price as an A2 business's was on sale. Craig and Jake came for the installation and were extremely careful at handling the new fridge and of my other furniture. This was my second purchase from Heydlauff's; I'm sure there will be others.

Excellent service by Heydlauff's and we would give 10-STARS if we could. They were super responsive and came to the rescue for one of our clients after hours recently - thank you! From their services sourcing to after-sales care, we are always impressed and cannot recommend them enough.

We had a Heydlauff repairman come out to help us with a broken dishwasher. He was professional, kind and took the time to educate us about what went wrong with the dishwasher and why. He went above and beyond by helping replace some broken screws in the dishwasher that was not a part of the service call.

Lance was excellent on the phone, answered all of my questions and was very courteous. When the delivery guys came to install, they did an excellent job and were courteous also. They did an excellent job with the installation, cleaned up everything and showed me the ins and outs of my new machines. Great Job!

Heydlauffs is simply amazing in every category! From their friendly, helpful staff to their customer service during install, we couldn’t be more thrilled to support a local business for our appliances! Jake was so easy to work with and so accommodating with our new build being pushed 5 months late and holding ours at the warehouse. We ordered a fridge we thought that had water on the inside but it didn’t. Heydlauff’s promptly brought us one to exchange two days after I called. It came cold and ready for groceries. We will always chose them for our appliance needs!

I went in because my oven had a broken element, and they really helped me out a lot despite the fact that I was probably not looking to make a purchase! They helped me find the full model number of my stove and then got me the part number I needed.

So thanks, Heyflauff's! Next time I do need an appliance, I'll remember this!

I had a Speed Queen delivered this morning. Andy and Brandon were very professional and friendly, and helpful. They made sure the washer was hooked up properly, and the water hoses working, as well as the machine. They showed me how to operate it, and were extremely helpful. With this kind of service, Heydlauff's has a new customer for life. And the Delivery Fee-worth every penny for what they did!!

The folks at Heydlauff's provided exemplary service and delivery when my refrigerator stopped working this week. I was able to easily purchase a new one by working online and over the phone with them. Delivery was expected within a two-week timeframe, but they were here the next day to install my new appliance and remove my old one. And here's why I'm writing this review ... when I asked Matt how long I needed to run my refrigerator before it would be cool enough to stock, he let me know he had had it running at the store so it was ready immediately - truly the epitome of customer service.
