The lady I spoke to was so nice. She was able to work with me on the price and delivered it to my wife in an hour. My wife was shocked and so happy. Will be using them again

I can't even begin to express how gorgeous the flowers were for our wedding over the weekend. They came packaged perfectly, everything was labeled and easily accessible. The entire experience with Lobb was amazing. Everyone was so accommodating, I needed last minute changes and we had a LARGE flower order. They were so beautiful and fresh, more than I could of hoped for!

I received the most beautiful bouquet from this flower shop last week. A family member called to place an order, but was unsure of what they wanted. The employee who helped us provided a great experience; they helped write the message on the card in a way that both uplifted me and made my person feel important and valued. They couldn't order flowers for me for out of state but they gave me 3 numbers to call in that state. So nice of them

This is the first time I have ordered flowers and I had such a pleasant experience I will definitely use Flowers by Lobb in the future!! They guided me through the process, which was very easy to do over the phone. I also liked that they asked how much I had in mind to spend and stated that they can accommodate any budget. I only requested that they include lillies and trusted their creativity for the rest. They delivered next-day and I was blown away when my sister sent me a photo. I do not live locally anymore but they always take care of me when I need to send stuff back home for special occasions or funerals. A quick phone call and I always get extremely friendly service with reasonable prices and everyone raves about the flowers. Delivery has always been prompt. These guys are my go-to florist!

Incredibly polite and helpful staff. Went in knowing very little about flowers and the like, decided I would inquire about them: taking care of house plants, gardening, types of plants they offered, etc. I was referred to Betty, the nicest little lady,who did not get annoyed with me no matter how many questions I asked! Went home with two of the most amazing house plants I have ever bought: an air fern (which I had no prior knowledge of, and is respectable named after a Norse Air Diety, and a Norfolk Pine Bonsai Tree, named after my new pal Betty.) We called, from out of town, to have flowers delivered to a funeral. They designed the flowers to capture the essence of the person. They were so perfect, those flowers and one other arrangement, were chosen for funeral Mass. The other flowers were also designed by this florist. Very impressed, wish they were in my hometown.
