I found the company very easy to work with, what was supposed to be a 1 week rental ended up as 4. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The service is excellent. I was in a bind he even waved the late fee then the car I had needed service and he upgraded me at no additional cost I highly recommend this company. If I could I'd give them 10 Stars

Very friendly, I've used them a couple times when I had to get my car in the shop or if we needed a bigger car to take extra kids on vacation.

RENT-A -WRECK IS THE BEST COMPANY TO GET A CAR FROM. I’ve had my rental for 3months now and they have been nothing but amazing. They literally get the job done. They are very reasonable and will work with you. COMMUNICATION IS KEY. Anything that you need they will provide. All the staff is amazing and work well together.

Ari & everyone at Rent Awreck is very helpful , nice and understanding. He gets things taking care of ASAP. He never lets you down. Highly recommended great cars will fix whatever you need with no problem. They have some good cars , never have you waiting. If you need anything they will make sure you taking care of

Yes, these rentals tend to be be high mileage, cosmetically imperfect cars. But about half the rate of the big agencies.
Picked up my Prius at the Canton, MI agency with 193,000 miles and various bumps and bruises. But it drove fine and Ari was more than helpful getting a tire issue resolved. Thanks much and see you next time.

This rental place is actually a pretty great find. I was looking for an inexpensive rental and was nervous to give this a try. What they lack in fancy cars they make up for in quality care and service. The boys that work here will work with you. Not to mention they are all seemingly kind of cute. And Lee is cute and a sweetheart, both! He gave me a ride to the airport after I dropped my rental because he had some extra time, how kind is that...? I also appreciated them not charging me even though I dropped the car a few minutes late. They really work with you here unlike other rental agencies.

My experience with renting a car from Rent-A-Wreck back in October was the most efficient, friendly, hassle-free and cost effective car rental experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and efficient. They really made me feel like a welcomed and valued customer. The car I was provided was just exactly what I had asked for and was everything that I expected at an excellent value. I definitely will contact Rent-A-Wreck when I return to Michigan for another visit. Furthermore, I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I give them 5 stars. We rented a car for the 2nd time from this location, and absolutely loved it! The service and car itself was better than our expectations. Being under 25, it’s very hard to find a car to be able to rent while on vacation, but Rent a Wreck made it no problem, and was super accommodating. Definitely recommend. 10/10
