Kidcadia Play Café

We absolutely love this place. It's such a fun and exciting atmosphere and my kids (1.5 and 2.5) enjoy it so much they cry when we leave 😅 I've seen kids as old as 16ish enjoy this place though it is geared more towards the 1-12 range.

Wowzers! This was so beautiful, so fun, the right amount of play equipment and overall great experience, especially with the staff too. They kept it clean and tiddy and were very friendly. Planning another trip soon!

It is one of the best stress buster places for toddler parents with a clean space full of activities for toddlers as well as grown up kids. The walls are also filled with different activities so that the kids will not get bored of playing around. The service is awesome as they keep cleaning the space regularly during the operation hours and it is a safe space.

So much fun! We probably spent almost three hours here, there’s a cafe inside with separate seating next door. Offers a beautiful space upstairs to have a birthday party or event. The vibe is fairy like/whimsical with a huge play scape and lots of other activities for the kids to indulge in. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The play areas were well kept and staff came around to spot clean. My little one did not wanna leave!

LOVE this location x100 so Enchanting! Staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and very attentive. They wipe and vacuum inside the physical climbing structure every 30-40 minutes if not sooner, they police the bigger kids out of the toddler only area, comfy seats for caretakers, great food options and even have a coffee bar! The coffee bar cashier had an upbeat attitude which made me believe she took pride in her job and enjoyed being there. Such a great experience.

What a wonderful hidden gem. It's great for kids and parents alike. I'm especially fond of the glass that's used for the kids' safety and for minimizing the abundance of noise happy kids make.
I noticed routine cleaning that you don't typically see in such kid establishments.
The food that very good as well - top notch French fries

My kids enjoy Kidcadia each time we go. The facility and equipment are clean, and the employees are all so kind. I have a special needs child and he often gets overwhelmed and overstimulated. One of the employees at the front desk noticed that he was agitated and went above and beyond to see that he was comfortable and calm. I really appreciated that. Highly recommend this place.

Great atmosphere, very clean and relaxing. My only complaint is some kids were wearing shoes on he green mat. Shoes are gross.
UPDATE:
I had to change my rating after my recent visit. This place needs to be CLEANED. Not just dusted or sprayed but actually cleaned. The air quality can't be good. And everything feels filmy in the tunnels. From the amount of dirt and dust in accessible places I highly doubt adults are wiping down the equipment. Sad.
This place was once great.

Update again:
They've improved a lot with sanitation. Workers are actively cleaning while kids play and detailing has improved along with keeping shoes off of the mat. I'm going back to my 5 stars

Some areas in the photos are behind the nets but others are accessible. One photo is of the soft stairs leading to the slide. This is the part the small children are placing their hands on to climb. Another photo is the soft railing which is also handled by the smaller children and accessible. I hope the new equipment and an eye for detail brings this place back to its glory.

Love this place for my kids ! It's clean and safe . The staff, even though they are young they are the sweetest and most helpful ! Recommend it to everyone to have a safe ,fun family experience!

This is a fantastic spot for parents to unwind and feel at ease, knowing their kids can enjoy a secure and supervised environment to play freely. The inclusion of gated sections and cameras enhances the overall comfort and reassurance. I personally feel great to take my kids here to play

I'm a nanny of 7 - and 5 year old boys who have a lot of energy! It is so important to find quality indoor spaces for them to get that energy out in positive, fun ways. Kidcadia definitely delivered. The play structure is large, 3 levels with a lot of added activities within. It also has spaces for more quiet activities, like coloring, building, and sensory play. We ordered from the menu, and the quality was great. I would like to see some food items that are more allergy friendly. Plain chips with no added dairy, a simple candy like Swedish fish. It is absolutely not necessary, but it is always appreciated. Overall, a 10/10!

Great for kids ages 2-5… not a lot of activities for the little ones.
Location was clean. Food exceeded my expectations… I was surprised that it actually tasted good for fast food.

With it being too cold for outdoor parks, I finally decided to give this place a try on a Friday night. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted upon entering. They have a little gift section, and water fountains. You put your shoes and coats away in a cubbie, and the kids are off to play. I love the decor, as the lighting, and chairs makes it a place where the parents can’t chill- or go run and play with the kids. I also loved the eye level sensory activities for the tiny ones. One last thing, the staff do well with keeping the place tidy.

Kidscadia is an absolute gem for families! The staff is incredibly friendly, and I must mention how polite and welcoming the young girls wearing hijab are – they truly enhance the warm atmosphere of the place.

Our kids had a blast bouncing on the trampolines and playing the various games available. It's heartwarming to see them so happy and engaged in activities that promote physical activity and fun.

What sets Kidscadia apart is their diverse range of activities, especially the cake decoration sessions, which are fantastic for nurturing creativity and improving skills in a fun way.

Overall, our experience at Kidscadia has been nothing short of amazing. It's a haven for families looking for wholesome entertainment and skill-building activities for their children. Highly recommended!

Great customer service. I took my children here and they had the best workers and they are so loving and kind and made me feel like I’m welcomed. My children also had fun and they are always begging me to come here.

The play place is very clean and the building is super nice and well thought out. Definitely a great spot for young kids to play in a safe and clean environment. The entire place is so well thought out and gives off major nostalgia vibes for sure.
Our 6 year old had a blast. There's good food for the adults and prices are reasonable considering the selection they have.
Easy 5 stars, only slight is that it's located in a fairly high traffic area (but there is good parking behind the building) so it's really not that big of a deal. Thanks for the memories Kidcadia, we recommend to anyone who has not visited this place and has kids from 1-9 years old 😎👍

I feel like I literally cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only did my kids have a really fun time, but I really enjoyed it as well, and they have a great little cafe that you get snacks without having to leave. Bonus points that the snacks are halal! So great that they have that option! It feels very very and cottage core like and I love how whimsical it all looks. I will definitely come back when I come to the area again!

I'm late in this review but this place is very awesome we went there just for a general play day and the staff on that day treated me so well that I was so impressed. I said we have to have my grandson birthday party here. So a month later we had his party at Kidcadia it was on January 23rd he turned 5 years old the place and the party room was packed I didn't worry about the mask because everyone had a mask coming in through the door everyone practice sanitizer methods the staff make sure they disinfect the play equipment. All of my grandson guest kept asking me how did I hear about this place they thoroughly enjoyed themselves and so did their children that they brought with them Kidcadia is a awesome place for the children and a relaxing place for the adults the seats are so cushioning and soft lol you won't be disappointed whether you're there for just general play or even if you have a birthday party there. I have to acknowledge three people who made my grandson Dustin's popping 5th birthday party fantastic!!!! Manager Huda, Suna and Farah thank you for your kindness and making my friends and family feel so welcomed grandson Dustin was so happy we appreciate you all.

It's a really cute play area for all ages. They have a huge structure for the bigger kids and a smaller one for the little kids. They have a coloring area, gift shop, private party room, and upstairs seating area with little stage.

Really cool place for kids and adults. We took our baby and though he's still a bit small, he still enjoyed the little baby/toddler section. Very clean and organized. Parents and children wear matching wrist bands that they check before you leave. The staff was really on top of wiping surfaces down and making sure kids stayed in the age appropriate play areas.

Update: We now bring our 2 kids here and they love it. Just as clean and organized as it always has been. They don't do the wrist bands anymore.
