I can’t recommend Midwest highly enough. We were overrun with box elder beetles and finally realized the winter temps weren’t going to kill them off and called Midwest to help. They were able to fit us in that same week and the technician, Dwayne, was on time, personable, knowledgeable, careful and thorough. Even better, their rate was completely reasonable and worth every penny. We have signed up for regular maintenance every fall to keep the pesky beetles away. Midwest is definitely the right company to call if you need help with freeloading pests!

I spoke with Ryan by phone about our infestation concern. He arranged a visit to our home by one of his techs (Dewayne) where our specific concerns and beliefs were confirmed.....mice! A program has now been recommended and implemented. We have a high degree of confidence that the solution and program will eliminate those pesky critters over a 6 month period of time. Thanks Ryan and Dewayne for your rapid response. Good riddance to our little friends (not)!

Always excellent! They are always on time and so extremely considerate, friendly, and professional. They even picked up and moved our dog toys for us before applying the treatment (because I forgot to) which I felt was above and beyond and very much appreciated. We will continue to use their service each year because of their amazing customer service. Not to mention the treatments always get the job done.

First time using pest control, had an issue with Yellow Jackets making their way through to our basement. Shawn and Dave made it possible to receive same-day service as they rearranged the schedule for our emergent situation. Trust these professionals when they say it takes 7-10 days (on the higher side for us) but they know what the effectiveness of this process/product, is to a tee! Dwayne was the BEST tech, hands down, and really shines with his thoroughness, kindness, and experience. Had the pleasure of speaking with Ryan and setting up a rodent/spider combo in the near future. They treat you like the friendly MIDWEST family that they are.

The team at Midwest Pest Control has been so helpful over the past several years. When I have noticed issues they come in a timely manner and assist with the issue and even coach me on steps I could take to reduce the issues in the future. We’ve used them for rodent control and hornets and wasp control. They do a thorough job every time!

I left a message through the contact form on their website,and received a response the same day! I called the next day to set up an appointment,and they were able to come out that afternoon and take care of not one but TWO nests of aggressive yellow jackets. The technician also did an abatement treatment around the perimeter. He was very professional and thorough. The only thing I regret is not tipping him as I was not sure it was allowed by the company.

This business is amazing! Every single worker that has come out has been so incredibly kind and are hard workers. They do very thorough inspections and walk you through everything. I highly recommend them!!

Midwest Pest Control has serviced my home for 2 seasons now. They are very easy to work with and very responsive via text which makes it easy to communicate! I highly recommend!

No one wants to have to use an exterminator, but if you do, use Midwest. I truly had a great experience with this company today. I received a call from Ron this morning to set-up an appointment, which he was able to squeak in today, but he also took the time to walk me thru the pricing and how the process works.

Fast forward a couple hours later and Dwayne was the tech who came to my house. He could not have been any kinder, thoughtful, or careful with his applications.

No gimmicks, no "you have to sign up for qtrly services" etc....What a breath of fresh air. Great customer service, quick response and a fantastic tech.

Fantastic service from a friendly, knowledgeable professional. I needed service for a rodent issue and couldn’t be more pleased! I definitely recommend the company and will continue to use them for my pest control.

I called Midwest Pest Control late on a Friday, not expecting a call back until Monday as they were about to close. Despite posting “normal” M-F hours, Ryan contacted me Saturday morning and we were able to set up an appointment.

Dave came over, checked things out, performed a treatment, set up some baits, and thoroughly explained every thing. He was the most polite and understanding technician! So far I am extremely satisfied with their service! (He just left so I can’t give a review on the effectiveness yet, but the service and people I came in contact with are too notch!)

The tech Duane (sp) was thorough, competent & efficient. I hardly ever leave good reviews & only vad when things really, really deserve it. I will make Midwest my go to exterminator.

We are big Dewayne fans! We recently moved into a new home and quickly realized that we had a pest issue with ants and other insects. We were quickly scheduled with Midwest Pest Control.
