Came in to switch service to a newer phone. Aidan W. was very professional and courteous and explained everything as he did the work. Very pleased with the service at US Cellular.

I am incredibly impressed with the detail-oriented and knowledgeable customer service at this location. Will Larkin went out of his way to explain USC’s wifi options to us and answered every one of our 100’s of questions. He was patient and very friendly. What seemed like a daunting set-up was seamless because of his help. He even answered a couple of our calls during set-up to help walk us through! We will not go to any other USC from now on!

Yesterday I stopped at the store regarding questions to update four phones for my family. I was fortunate to be greeted by Ryan Kerekes. It was clear from his responses that he was well-informed and very pleasant to deal with. I later returned with my family to upgrade our phones and requested Ryan.
In a day and age where it is hard to find good help, we found Ryan to be one of the best sales persons we have dealt with in a long time regarding any product. He was professional, informative, pleasant and personable. It was clear he did everything he could to ensure we made the best choice for our circumstances and did a fantastic job leaving us with no questions unanswered.
Simply put, we can’t say enough about how great the treatment was by Ryan.

Will and Vince were a big help in solving a problem with my home phone network. Linsey helped with the navigation of my iPhone.

Bryce was easy to work with and very helpful when we went in.

My associate Bryce was very knowledgeable and helpful about my issues with my phone.I did have updated my phone and he advised me correctly on what would fit my needs.I had a issue with my phone and brought it back the next day and Bryce knew immediately how to address and fix issue. Insightful, kind and helpful customer service! Vince J. set up my new phone, recommend a protective case and liquid glass. I was unfamiliar with liquid glass but now have this screen protector that came with $150 coverage for 1 year. And, he was kind enough to apply it! Overall Vince showed he is very knowledgeable about phones and how to protect them with quality products which is good considering I was replacing the one I dropped and shattered. I recommend this US Cellular and consulting with Vince when you want to make informed purchase decisions and phones/accessories are not your expertise (because they are his).

Excellent store, super friendly staff and extremely prompt. I went in to get a phone for my father in law, Vinny and his team went above and beyond to port over the number and make the experience painless. I live 40 minutes away and could easily go to other US Cellular stores, but I go back to this location so that I can work with Vinny and his team. The drive is well worth my time, I always feel respected and appreciate their attention to all the details. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a phone and carrier.

I have been working with Nicholas for several years both for personal & businesses needs. He is very knowledgeable & professional. I was in the store today for a work phone & Nicholas made sure I purchased the best phone for our needs as well as looking into any promotional pricing that was available. I went in to take advantage of an offer to upgrade 3 phones. When entered the store my family and I were greeted nicely and the wait was not long. Nicholas Dobbs took very good care of us and explained everything very well and made sure we understood everything. I ended up getting 3 new phones and walking out with the BEST customer service I have ever received from and cellular store ever. I will do my business there from now on and recommend all my friends and family to go there. Very very pleased!

Great store, great service. Jake was beyond great to work with. I went from a Samsung 9S+ to the Samsung 22 Ultra. He was VERY informative and answered all my questions. While we waited for the phones to swap we chatted with Vincent, he was very nice. The employees in the store are SUBPERB! Thank you for such great service!

I went in on today to begin service for 2 lines with getting the iPhone X Max and a S10+. I was greeted by Nick and Vince, nick was the one I began the transaction with. He was very nice and personable. He listened to exactly what I wanted and began taking notes to ensure he got it all. I had a few good laughs while ensuring my needs were met. Nick and Vince both brainstormed ways to make sure i was gettin the best deals with promotional opportunities and such. Happy I went in today. It was painless

I never enjoy having to go to the US Cellular store! Nicholas Dobbs made it enjoyable! He helped my business partner and I upgrade our phones and services and checked up on us later vi email. He is very knowledgeable and has a great customer service geared attitude! I have been a US Cellular customer since 1998 and do not intend on changing!!! :)

Yesterday marked the 5th time in 2020 that I visited Connect Cell to add or replace a different phone for my family and my business.

They are a very nice team of people to work with, each is highly knowledgeable, they communicate clearly and have been excellent to work with.

I had a significant glitch take place in the transfer of my info from my prior to my new phone and I was especially grateful that Nicholas was willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to spend 2 additional hours of his time on this project until the transfer of all of my necessary information was complete.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Connect Cell for these reasons.

I have been working with Bryce and Vince for a few years now. I went in the other day with questions and as always Bryce was knowledgable and honest, always with the intent to do what serves me best and save me money. I came in not long after he started and he should be recognized for continuing to do an outstanding job.
The same can be said of Vince. I came in after I lost my phone and he went out of his way to help me find it. He tracked it from the store and I called him from the location where it was pin pointed and he stayed with me on the phone while I tried to find it. I had dropped it in a parking lot and it was underneath a car. It was at night, raining, and this gentleman drove out there to make sure I found it. Now that is going above and beyond to provide customer service!
These two gentleman are the biggest reason why I stay with the company. I know they will always take care of my needs. I don't go anywhere else. These guys are the best!!

I had an excellent experience with Nick at the Waukesha US Cellular store on Sunset. He was helpful, knowledgeable and made the upgrade to an iPhone 12 Max easy and efficient. I’ve been happy with US Cellular for at least six years now.
