Very happy with our experience. Smooth and well done from start to finish. The guys who installed our wood burning insert dealt with bad weather and our crazy dogs. Enthusiastic thumbs up for this place and the folks that work there.

Great local company to work with! They have installed and service a gas stove in our workshop for many years.

I am very happy with our new fireplace built by the masons at country stove and fireplace!
Ours was damaged by a lightning strike in July of last year. I was able to use my wood insert for most of the heating season and the rebuild had me down for only a limited amount of time. They guys were friendly, and very knowledgeable tradesmen. Although we had some challenges along they way, they were handled promptly and professionally. I would recommend Country stove and fireplace for your project.

We LOVE LOVE our Quadrafire III stove! We spoke on the showroom floor with Jeff A. to pick his brain about the best stove for our asthma symptoms. His transparent & honest, non pushy suggestions were incredibly helpful which made the decision easy. He made the long drive out to see where the stove would be placed & made suggestions again.

The installers were on time, well dressed, super polite & quiet in speaking to each other in the house. They were very respectful of our home! They laid fabric tarps down where they walked for the install & cleaned up after themselves.

The stove did take some time to receive since it was back ordered & we understood that. He kept us informed along the way. We had a minor issue after install but Jeff came out to fix it immediately & thought the stove & the hearth we installed looked better than he'd imagined!

We couldn't be happier. Jeff & the installers went above & beyond. Wish we'd bought it sooner!

Had them provide and install a gas log set, new doors and a hearthstone. Bobby, our sales person was very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. All the work was done according to schedule. The installers were very careful and the finished work looks fantastic. I am very pleased.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with this company! They are very professional and make sure things are done right. I had an issue with my glass screen, but they came out right away and fixed the problem. The insert works so well and we’re happy with the decision we made to go with Country Stove and Fireplace!

We had an outstanding experience with everyone at Country Stove & Fireplace. We needed service on a short timeframe due to selling a property….initially we were told it we could not have our fireplace looked at until January. My husband spoke with Bobby and found him to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable with helping him troubleshoot. Ashley went out of her way to assist us knowing of our need to get our fireplace serviced quickly in order to close on the sale of the property as scheduled. We were extremely impressed with Andy’s quick work with the fireplace, his knowledge of the issue and what to do to fix it. He was friendly and very helpful! From the first call to getting our fireplace serviced, we could not say enough positive about this amazing company! We will certainly be using them for all future needs and highly recommend them.

Great experience from initial home visit/estimate to the installation today. They were very helpful and professional. The guys who installed today were also polite and professional. Everything was clean when they left and the only way I could tell they were even here was being able to turn on my beautiful gas insert!

We needed to convert to natural gas heating for our passive solar home. They have a great selection of gas stoves, and the staff worked with us to make sure we had the exact stove to meet our specific needs. There was no sales pressure and they never tried to up-sell, but made sure we had exactly what we needed. Post-sale, they were extremely patient and helpful as we navigated installation and operation of our stove.

We were very happy working with Bobby Grasch on the purchase of our new Heat & Glo Supreme gas fireplace insert. Bobby was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We were concerned about the small size of our fireplace and Bobby came out to measure and reassured us that they had a small enough insert to meet our needs. The two gentlemen that came to install the insert were friendly and efficient and explained how to operate the insert with the remote. Andy came out to install the custom surround, and he also was friendly, efficient, and answered any other questions that we had. We are very satisfied with the service that we received and we love our gas insert.

Country Stove did a great job with our outdoor stone patio. They assisted with the design to ensure it was what we wanted in the space and were flexible as we adjusted our plans. During the install it was clear they were very experienced. Would definitely recommend.

A big "Thank You" for the sales recommendation and installation of our new Country Stove and Fireplace Heat & Glow fireplace! We just love it and enjoy the beauty and comfort in our living center--what an improvement! We appreciate the time Dave took with us to explain options and answer all of our questions for a new insert rather than having our previous gas fireplace repaired. As mentioned, we had looked into this option several years ago at a different business and were told our fireplace was too small and nothing could be done.Thank you also to Tim and Lyle who were so helpful and did an excellent installation job. We recently purchased a Heat & Glo gas fireplace from Country Stove and Fireplace and are very happy with it! The service we received, from the showroom (Bobby G) through the installation (Tim and CJ), was very professional. They answered all questions we had and when it came time for the install they made sure everything was cleaned up and working properly. We will definitely recommend Country Stove and Fireplace to anyone looking for a gas fireplace.

We bought a new wood burning insert and LOVE it!! On the coldest days we turn the furnace completely off, keep a fire going 24/7 and the house stays 73°

Andy, the fireplace technician, is a very skilled professional. He replaced malfunctioning parts on our gas fireplace and recommended a fan as well. We are very pleased with the outcome . The entire staff was extremely helpful with our fireplace issues. Thank you.
