Really can't say enough about how much Justin has helped us over the last year. A year ago, he helped us make the arrangements for my father when he died. Recently, he helped us through a rather difficult pre-planning process for my mother. He was very caring, professional and easy to talk to and made the whole process much easier than it could have been otherwise.

We used Czopek when my father passed away earlier this month. They were outstanding to work with. Answered many questions, held our hands and wiped our tears. Alayna, Betty, Chris, Holden and of course John were all wonderful during our time of need. I also highly recommend the preplanning of services through Czopek. My Dad and I did this in January of 2021, and it made things so much easier when the time came. This is never a fun thing to deal with, but it is something we all must go through. Know that Czopek will help you with everything you need.

From the owners to sales, Alayna is incredible as I'm certain all representatives are, to Sue, Betty, Lindsey and anyone else I am missing. My family has entrusted Czopek for DECADES. Always professional been here many times for funerals and viewings

As I do not like going to funeral homes this one is better than most the staff genuinely seems to care and it's a nice place as funeral homes go.

Czopek Funeral Directors earn 2 stars: one for trying so hard to pretend like they're compassionate and one for sending a widow the fingerprints of her deceased husband. She was expecting a thumbprint but she got the middle finger.👎👎

I just recently attended a service ,as I unfortunately have many throughout the years at this quaint facility. I feel however, what was evident, has been consistent and reflects poorly on the company as a whole... they appear to have a high turnover in staff which leave plenty to wonder how they treat their staff.
