I would have never been able to get my daughters headstone done with out having to take out precious things that mean the most to me if it wasn't for them. Tom makes it his mission to make sure you get exactly what you want bc remember this is a forever thing. He takes the time and TLC to make sure.every single headstone and person gets what they want and need. They are my angels! Im so blessed and grateful to everyone that took the time to make her stone perfect. The prices are beyond reasonable and they work with you. This is a family business and they make you feel as if you are apart of the family. I would not only recommend them but insist them to anyone looking for a stone unqiue and perfect or even a stone for their loved ones in general. I couldn't be more relieved and satisfied. They stay in contact with you every step of the way. I could go on and on singing their graces truly. Woodruff’s Downriver Stone Design is a wonderful family owned company. I cannot say enough about the compassion and care I received from all of the Woodruff’s when I ordered the gravestone for my parents. Their expertise was apparent from my first phone call. Tom guided me through all of the design aspects when I met him at the showroom, including the Navy plaque for Dad. The gravestone is absolutely beautiful. Truly wonderful company and people!

Woodruff’s helped my family plan the perfect memorial/headstone for my grandparents. They worked with us on designing and placing the stone and didn’t miss a beat. We had so much planning do to for the actual service that it was nice to not have to worry about this. When we finally saw the finished product we were blown away. It was truly beautiful and something I think my grandparents would have loved. All of the guests at the memorial service even remarked how beautiful it was. Great work guys!

What an amazing family & business. Tom was so informative, helpful, kind & compassionate. I had just lost my husband and he helped me with my husbands stone from the VA. He gave me so much additional helpful advise. My husbands stone is now at the cemetery and brought tears to my eyes on the vault (I think they call it that) around the stone. It has such beautiful color & sparkle. Tom's son is also a very kind & caring man. Highly recommend this family business.

Tom Sr. installed my grandpa's military service medallion on his headstone and did such a beautiful job. My family is so grateful to him for helping honor my grandpa's service to our country.

Me and my husband had the pleasure off finding this wonderful place. We needed to get my husband's mom a headstone. It was well over due. We chose a bench style headstone with her picture.The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. The professionalism was very caring & they went above and beyond for us. Everything was as promised. Price was very reasonable. Don't listen to any negative reviews this place is worth it. You won't be disappointed. We got the tombstone placed earlier then expected. We could not be happier with the service from Woodruffs. The family is so friendly and professional. They completed my fathers headstone in time for the burial, without much notice, which was very much appreciated. Their work is flawless! They are very compassionate and caring. I love how they have been family owned for generations. They made my sister and I feel like family, took the time to discuss all options , gave wonderful suggestions and even drew up a draft for us so we could visualize our Aunt's and Mother's headstone. We we're never rushed or up selled on anything. All prices were posted on sample headstones. We would highly recommend! Great people!

Not only is the monument perfect we received excellent customer service that included deliver to the gravesite as promised right before Dad’s birthday. Very honest people. They could have tried to over sale to us, like other places, but they didn't. They looked at us a people and not dollar signs. I would recommend this place to anyone. They are very sensitive to the needs of people regarding their loved ones headstones. Good clean work and quality work.

If I could leave zero or negative I would this company not only never called me back they treated my family about as poorly as you could treat us after the loss of our infant daughter. For months I was told one thing only to find out it was all a complete lie based on one person saying one thing and another person saying something else. Sadly I am left with no stone for my infant daughter and this companies lies to show for it. So best advice I can give go anywhere but here.

WoW just Wow!! Absolutely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and the number of lies! How someone can treat people with less than respect is beyond me! Games of liar liar 🤥 and no compassion when dealing with families who have lost their loved ones!!! Don’t worry Karma (it’s not wished upon, it just happens). I would NOT recommend this place for nothing!
