We are happy customers again! We were going to go to a different tax advisor but decided to try B&R again to find out what happened. unfortunately, it was a health issue that prevented Bob from getting back to us last year. Thankfully he is doing well and was able to get everything done for us.

I went in to do my taxes on the February 29, 2024 and I still haven’t heard anything. They are VERY poor on returning phone calls.

0 professionalism and takes months to get in contact with. If they make a mistake, which they do often, you won't get a call back all year until tax season. They got paid for taxes and never filed them. Save yourself the time AND money and go to a professional...NOT this archaic office.
