I had the most amazing and relaxing facial experience with Kayla! She took so much time and care to ensure my comfort. I almost fell asleep while getting my head/neck massaged. She goes above and beyond what other practitioners do. Her products are also amazing, they smell so good and my skin felt great afterwards. I would highly recommend getting the Royal Honey upgrade!!!! That is a game changer in hydration!!! I cannot rave enough about that!

I wish I had discovered Nina and Shiatsu massages a long time ago! Going monthly, I experience consistent reduction in muscle tightness through techniques such as Connective Tissue Massage. My menstrual cramps used to cause nausea but Nina applies techniques for relief. My sessions have greatly improved how I feel physically & emotionally, as well as how I experience life! I highly recommend Nina & her services. She has great energy, listens, is kind, knowledgeable and skilled. Treat yourself!

Nina is amazing. She is super knowledgeable and I always get a fantastic massage. I've had both shiatsu with her as well as deep tissue with fascial release with great results. The staff there are all very friendly and the facility is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

It is obvious that she cares about her clients and wants them to feel their best - she tailors all sessions to me and what my needs/issues are at that time. Green lotus is a little hidden gem and i'm so happy I found this studio! The staff are very welcoming, caring, and friendly. They offer a variety of yoga classes and the instructors are always encouraging, helpful and knowledgable. I've enjoyed practicing yoga at this studio and have always felt relaxed and balanced after each class. I would highly recommend the Green Lotus studios!

I see Bela for massage and she is exceptional! I previously saw a different massage therapist until he retired, and it took me several months to find someone who is just as good. Bela is excellent at identifying and relieving muscle tension with massage, and in a relaxing and calming space. Her office is across town for me but well worth the drive.

I’ve carried my stress in my neck and shoulders all of my adult life. Lately chiropractor adjustments weren’t touching my pain. I booked with Nina and she worked her magic with fascia work and 2 days later all of that pain was gone! I now go back regularly for self care. Nina will also let you know when or if you need additional practitioners when something is out of her scope of practice. Highly recommend 90 mins with Nina!

Such a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere! I have been seeing Nina for massage therapy and I cannot believe how much better I feel after only two sessions. I have two shoulder injuries and suffer from chronic migraines. I can finally move my shoulder without pain and have not had a migraine in a month (I was suffering from 2-3 a month). Nina does amazing work and is very attentive. Try the craniosacral therapy!

Bela is AMAZING. I came in for a massage due to some pretty intense muscle knots and it took some serious work but Bela got out all the knots. She’s also super intuitive and a talented energy healer. I actually learned a lot during my session and I can’t wait to go back. I’m really excited to try out some of this studio’s other services too.

After being given a wellness package for Christmas I decided to try an experience/modality that I have never tried before: Reiki. I had a 60 minute reiki experience with Angi, and I was honestly AMAZED! The beauty of the experience in the moment not only shifted my energy then, but continues to affect me a week later. I look forward to future sessions and know that I will be returning.

The staff is amazing! Bela Martinez is absolutely the best! I will not go anywhere else for massage.
