AT&T Store

Went to upgrade phone and returned to trade my old phone. Service was great very patient answered my questions. Overall very kind and respectful. I prefer doing everything online but their service has made it convenient to go in person.

The store representatives were super helpful, helped me with my questions and concerns.
I ended up leaving the store with some awesome deals and I couldn’t be happier with my service!

Matt the new manager of the store was really amazing. He went above and beyond to help solve my problems with the most efficient and cost saving way. He was also very personable and easy to talk with.

Matt was extremely helpful and fast! He addressed my concerns and even called another store on my behalf to ensure I got further assistance.

Garrett was so helpful when I got a new phone. Very quick and easy, nothing but good from this store.

Jesse is a great service representative and VERY kind! He listens to what the customers wants and is great at pointing out what might be helpful on top of what you are looking for! Not pushy and VERY thoughtful. He didn't mind my kiddos running a little bit (not touching anything though) which made me feel great.

Jesse was a class act and the best communicator of the business transaction up front. He was delightful to work with and made our son feel like he was the only young man in the store! I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone looking g to buy/trade in their phone. Best customer experience ever.

Cassidy was absolutely wonderful! She was able to help my husband get his phone working again while we were traveling through on vacation. She was so friendly and showed excellent customer service!

Jesse was awesome. Came in to get a problem fixed with my cellular connection. He took care of it in minutes, explained what he did, and also helped me find a great case. Excellent dude!

Jesse was greatly helpful. I went in because my phone was overheating and Jesse was able to get me the newest Samsung for free! He made sure I left with my phone fully protected and made me feel like my phone was truly safe. He is a great member of the AT&T team and I look forward to going back to him for more products.

My experience at the Apple Valley store was awesome. Jesse was incredibly helpful. He was very knowledgeable!! He had to take me through a long process, and he was patient!!! I would highly recommend visiting the store.

This store and Jesse are THE BEST. Every time I come in, he is friendly and knowledgeable. Today, I had a problem with my account so it wasn’t the best visit…. However, Jesse went above and beyond to fix the issue and made sure that I left the store with a smile. Highly recommend this location!

Traveling while having phone complications is probably one of the worst combos, so walking into the store super stressed and leaving with a properly functioning phone and all my worries gone of how I’d make it back home safely was a huge blessing. Trevor was immensely helpful and patient with all my dozens of stupid questions! Gotta give credit where credit is due.

If I could give Cassidy ten stars, I would! She was very knowledgeable, polite, and most importantly an advocate for the customer! I was in a messy situation with T-Mobile for an account I never set up. It was Cassidy, and only Cassidy, who stepped up and helped me so much with everything. After today, she will have my business from this day forward.

Jesse was awesome! Real honest, extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Made it extremely easy to upgrade my sons phone and will be going back when other lines qualify for upgrades!
