Absolutely the best gym hands down! The owners are down to earth, authentic, caring, fun and motivating! The members treat each other with kindness, compassion and support...Cheering each other on during wins and helping one another during hard times and struggles. This place does not only focus on physical strength and fitness, but works on the person as a whole. This place, the coaches and the members have helped push me to over come personal, mental and physical barriers. I never imagined myself working out at a gym like this, now I can't imagine myself any where but here! TFW for life!

This place has been completely transformational for me! In 5 months, I’ve become physically & emotionally stronger. I feel more confident than I’ve ever felt in my entire life. I’m happier, a much better wife & parent. It doesn’t matter if you’ve worked out consistently your entire life or never stepped foot in a gym before. Reid & Kayla take the time to meet with each student to help set up realistic goals. They are authentic & genuinely care about the progress each student makes to improve their mind, body, and spirit. I absolutely love this place & can’t wait to go each day! Everyone is so welcoming & supportive! This place is unlike any other gym!

This place has to be experienced to understand how monumentally different it is than "just another workout place". The owners and trainers are all phenomenal with their breadth of knowledge for how to help their students meet their fitness goals. But what's more - they're kind, caring, and genuinely passionate people, who care about the students both in and outside of the dojo. I tried every single gym around and I was never able to make fitness a regular and enjoyable part of my life until I joined TFW Apple Valley. Truth be told, I still don't love working out everyday, but the people and the community I have in this place keep me going back. Give it a try, you will not regret it.

I’ve been training at TFW Apple Valley since it opened. It’s sooo much more than a gym...it really is a family! The coaches are amazing and the community of people there are so supportive. I’ve never been particularly confident walking into a gym but everyone at TFW is so accepting and supportive they make it easy. This place has been life changing for me!!

I cannot say enough about the place that has completely transformed my life! I am stronger mentally, emotionally and physically. I’ve made amazing friends and this is NOT just a “swipe your membership card” type place. The coaches care about your success in and out of the walls of TFW. It’s a completely different experience than any other typical gym and you will never see me going back to any other place thanks to that!

From day one I could tell TFW was different . No intimidation, no gimmicks, no comparisons. The owners are kind, inspiring, and motivational. It's a great community; not just people working out. The owners rock. And not only do they promote healthy living and physicality, but their set of core values is infectious. It's the best place to drive you to become a better you!

I joined TFW in July of 2019 and have not been happier. The coaches are amazing and the students are encouraging and supportive. TFW makes it easy to get up every morning and feel successful!

Such a disappointment to see that you have signed up on ReOpen Minnesota. A group that is organized specifically in an effort to go against the governor’s safety mandate during escalating COVID spread.

If it were just about the hardships of running a business during the pandemic I would TOTALLY understand it — but this group is so much more than that.

I’ve looked through the posts and the comments and it’s far from an altruistic extension of the understandable and serious trauma that is happening to small businesses in our state and more of a nexus of people decrying what they consider a “democratic hoax”, Spreading false information about this illness and perpetuating conspiracy theories and hate.

I don’t honestly know anybody who doesn’t have compassion for small business owners who are suffering during this time. That is a very human sentiment that I think everyone can get on board with… BUT this organization is NOT that… This organization is a platform for people/business who have partisan agendas and principles that collide with the value of human life and the hardship that is being put upon our healthcare/essential workers who are trying to keep people alive while putting themselves and their families at risk.

I’m genuinely sorry for what your business must be going through right now… And I would’ve been a patron under normal circumstances but since you’ve chosen to engage with ReOpen Minnesota that means that you are also choosing to further Everything associated with that group which would essentially lead to people becoming sick and dying. I simply can’t do that and I’m leaving this review (and re-posting it publicly on Facebook ) so that other people are also aware.

I suggest you strongly reconsider your association with ReOpen Minnesota. If not for the safety and welfare of people in your own community… Think about that day when a government official comes and knocks at your door to hold you accountable for what you are doing to your fellow minnesotans. We want you to open as soon as possible… But only under safe conditions — your decision to open now when it’s not safe is only going to push that further down the horizon.
