1/23/24 still firm and feel great . 11/13/23 shoes still feel perfect . I can slide my feet in easy and still snug On My Feet . I wished I had these years ago .
9/6/23 I am so happy I got new shoes. First pair of Skechers slip-on. I love them already. My feet feel so much better when I walk. Being a Rewards member I was able to get shoes with a discount. Thank You Famous Footwear- 9/14/23 This pair of Skechers hugs my feet perfectly. I feel I walk straighter and more stable.🎯

Very friendly helpful staff. Have had plenty of good experiences at this location. I have been helped a lot by a shorter blonde gal. She is also super friendly. :)

Good selection, easy return if you get excited and buy too many like I did - haha.
Friendly staff , clean and organized store

They offer you help as soon as you walk and let you know to ask for anything. The store was clean and organized with lots of options and a good amount of sizes on the shelf. It was nice to not have to ask if they had the size in the back. They have good prices too.

Was having some trouble...it's hard for me to do certain things...a shorter woman with glasses went out of her way to help me. If you're reading this and you're her, I want to say thank you. Sometimes something so little to one person, means so much more to another. Thank you for taking the time to help me.

Sara answered the phone, found what I aske for in my size. I stopped in to try them on. She brought out several different styles and sizes for me. I never had to look around at all. I was in there a month ago and bought walking shoes. I had awesome service, then as well. This is my number one choice for shoe stores. Awesome service, price and selection. Thanks, Sara!

Easy to get to, large selection. I go to Famous Footwear to pick up Birkenstock sandals at great prices. They had a great selection for Birkenstock sandal footwear, which I am dependent on for arches. I don't go elsewhere for sandals for the prices.

Great selection! Decent prices. Friendly staff. Lots of room to stretch out and try things on. Plenty of stock on hand. Always have my size, and it's a hard one.

Very nice store. Had 2 girls helping me find shoes for my granddaughter. They found shoes in her size, I took pics & sent them to her mom so they could pick which ones she wanted. I also bought a pair. Being a senior I so appreciated the help!

Easy to get to and service was great! No complaints there. A little picky gripe, but not to sawy my rating is that they need to keep a better stock of shoe sizes...looks like swiss cheese trying to find your size.

Very nice store. This is the only famous footwear I will shop at. Large well laid out floor plan. Has have one of the largest selection of shoes (both style and sizes) in our area.

Had an issue with some shoes I bought here. The lady who helped me (maybe assistant manager, but I forgot her name) was exceptional. Really went out of her way and I appreciate that.

This is the cleanest and most well organized of their stores. And I've been to Roseville, Eagan, and Vadnais Heights. The employees even bothered to ask if I needed help.

The staff is nice . I always find more than one pair of shoes or sneakers when I go.

I found a great pair of shoes and a pair of sandals for spring and summer! They have a great selection now, so get them before they’re gone!
