Great store. Always has someone who can help you find what you need.

Very helpful staff when looking for plumbing or electrical parts. Try to find what you need and usually they have it. Prices are typical for a local hardware store, but I go here for the convenience and service. A lot better than driving 15 mins away to a big box home store to save a few bucks. I would rather get what I need so I can be back home and finish my projects!

I stopped in today looking for some specific Benjamin Moore paint samples. Nathan was very helpful and helped me find all the colors I was looking for. I will be back to buy the paint!

Personal, knowledgeable service at every visit means we get what we need with expert advice. Grady's very often has a great 'clearance' section, too. From tools and paint to bird feeders and equipment rentals, Grady's Ace is a great hometown hardware store!

Everyone here has been helpful and nice, and sometimes I need extra help if I'm not quite sure what I'm looking for. Also, propane exchanges are easy and quick.

Every time I visit Grady's Ace Hardware, I have a pleasant experience. Yesterday I needed a irrigation line fitting and a super helpful salesperson helped me find exactly what I needed and I was quickly able to fix my sprinkler connection. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Outstanding the young man helped me with all my needs. I am using a cane due to a knee replacement so he would go get the items I wanted and the young man that check us out was friendly and joked with us. Enjoyed our shopping trip. Thank you for your help and kindness. See you again soon.

One of the last true hardware stores in the area we all miss the old LanesTrue Value in Brooklyn park little pricey but there knowledgeable staff exceeds the cost

I went there because I broke a screw trying to put a seat on a bike. They got everything totally fixed and working and even got me a new screw. I am super impressed and they did a great job!

Grady's Ace Hardware seems like a great neighborhood hardware store. I stopped by to pick up some new bolts for an existing wall TV mount. They helped me find the right bolts for only a few bucks. Great customer service, good selection, and decent prices as far I could tell. I'll be back for more I'm sure.

Went in to get a picture frame glass cut and made and they helped us out right away and they were very pleasant to deal with.

Great hardware store with all of the needed hardware items for the neighborhood. Also, every spring there is a garden center in the parking lot and every winter they offer wreaths and Christmas trees in the parking lot. Very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend

We buy plants from the seasonal set up each year. They are reasonably priced and last well into the fall. We also rent equipment (tiller, power washer, etc.) Pricing is good and staff is helpful!

Went to get keys made. Greeted promptly and showed where keys were made. Associate cut the keys for me and they all worked. Good friendly service.
