Very quiet in the store today.
Only a few customers.
Associates were quick to see if I needed any help.
I found my Kingsford briquettes and lighter fluid.
In and out in about 15 minutes.
Great experience for me today.

This store is super quiet, never any employees working, or just not on the floor? I know I always see signs that they are hiring? We don't come here for appliances, just for smaller stuff, like bathroom accessories like towel bars recently and their clearance on the back wall.. Have found a ton of stuff back there.. But always take a picture and make sure that's the price it rings up as, no matter what store you're at! I've taken endless videos of their awesome Halloween displays,from 2023, on my YT channel, under the name WhatHeidiSees, if you'd like to check it out there. I just take them for fun! Yesterday I took pictures of cute flags to put in ones yard, see below! Employees are always nice. Parking lot is always empty. Oh! Right now the outdoor furniture is up to 75% offffff! It's amazing! We saw gazebos for $374

I’m giving 5 stars for the buying experience itself. I bought a new washer and dryer and the process was very easy. Frank was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail.

I am giving 1 star to the delivery process. I was told three different times that I would receive a phone call the night before the scheduled delivery day to give me a four hour window, that never happened. I was texted a link to confirm my address, which I did. About five hours later, I received a phone call to confirm my address, which I did again. The caller then also told me I would receive a phone call later in the day to give me that four hour window for the next day. Again, that never happened.
Today, the day of the delivery, I was sent a link saying that my delivery was on its way and when I clicked the link, I was asked for my email address and my order number, both of which I verified with my paperwork and was told my order could not be found. There is a significant problem with whoever is contracting deliveries for Lowe’s.
*Edit: the delivery was great, the guys were friendly, professional and efficient. The issue is definitely with office / dispatch.

I’m not from Maple Grove but I had a project in the area that was, challenging. Taking a custom door configuration for a retail space and making standard for turnover back to the landlord. 6 trips I made to this Lowe’s. Scott in the hardware/tool area was there for every damn trip. He was very helpful and gave me a comically hard time after #3, but he was with me every step of the way. Taking parts that are off the shelf and making them fit is rough. Scott helped me put my vision together while making a personal connection. I talked to multiple other people who were great as well, but didn’t catch their name. There was a young man in self checkout on 12/19 between 10-2 that was great to work with. He even helped me get the supplies I dropped behind the checkout.
Good people at this location.

I walked into a Lowe’s today, and in customer support Brianna was there to help me. I had bought an outdoor space heater and had a part I needed to replace, but the manual was no longer online. I asked her if she could help me find a manual. They had one the space heaters in the store. She graciously took me to the product, opened it, so that we could pull out the manual, let me take a picture of it, so that I could call customer service, and knowing the part number, and then taped the product back up good as new. That was some of the best customer service I have ever received. She instinctively seem to know exactly what to do, and it was faster than you could imagine, and I was able to take care of business. She was anything but just a paid employee trying to get through her day. She was an employee, there taking care of customers with great effort and resolve. Thank you Brianna for being an outstanding employee for Lowes! You made my day and you are a superstar!

Had a great experience here! There was ample staff and I got very specific advice about nuanced questions. Compared to the Plymouth Lowe's, it seemed to be better in terms of folks who are available to help or ready to be approached. Would recommend stopping here if possible!

I love Lowes! They have everything I need. I buy alot of boxes here to ship care packages to churches and the needy, in Bogota, Colombia. The price is great for the boxes, wish shipping was cheaper. But I have never had a box tear open. Of course, I buy my tape here for sealing them. They ship from here to Jersey, to Miami and on to South America, they get there complete, every time! I love Lowe's!!

I am blown away by the customer service at the store -every time I go in I get asked if I need help.

This morning they were having a team meeting. I was seriously motivated by "The stand meeting"

Someone jumped out of the meeting to help me with plywood cuts

It was flat out inspiring!

Love the service when I walk in every time, we have doing a yr long rehab and I always look for AJ when I need answers. We even tell our vendors to ask for him!
We are always greeted asking if we need help from others as well. Great Lowes to shop at!

Denise bailed me out. Brenna took my order. Reese mixed the paint. Hayley answered the phone. This Lowes fixed a mixup and delivered my Valspar samples same day by noon. Incredible service. Thank you, Denise.

I tried to do the survey through Meridian but I didn't see a Receipt number on my receipt like it pointed out in the URL so I tried to just enter the time I was there but then it told me I couldn't take the survey.

So I wanted to leave one here. Jerel was very helpful, stepping away from the morning huddle to ask if we had any questions. I told him what I was trying to do and he was very kind and found the right product for me. 😊

This review is specifically about Desiree who helped me on 4/26.

My family picked out a dishwasher when ours broke from Lowe's. We had issues getting the order placed and had to order without install included. After 8 days of follow ups online, we were nowhere closer to getting install scheduled. I called my local Lowe's today and Desiree answered. She's not in the appliance area, and they were occupied with customers, but she personally helped me get my installation paid for so the separate install company would finally schedule our install and haul away. We spent about 20 minutes on the phone all in, but I'd be delighted to have her solve any future problems, as she was kind, patient, and explained what I could do to get my job completed.

Customer service helped us exchange a grill cover for the right size, very nice lady

A good place to shop for Hardware. Never had any problems locating it there. They seem to be very organized. I did have a problem with choosing their Scott fertilizer. It seemed to be the same as what Fleet Farm had on sale but for some reason there was a different part number assigned to it couldn't get Fleet Farms sale price there. So I went to Fleet Farm.

I needed to match a wood stain at Lowe’s and Sue H. helped a great deal in assisting me. Sue was not only very knowledgeable about the product we went out of way to help pick out the closest match. Very friendly and took the time to help. A great asset to the company! Thanks again, Sue!
