Due to employing a good number of clerks for checkout, the wait was minimal. Friendly clerk helped me find my 30% discount on my Kohl’s app. Great customer service!

Came to self service area to get a t shirt I had ordered online, but my phone died before I could click that I was there for pickup. I did manage to take a couple pictures of a basket that I was interested in. I found that I couldn't find this basket anywhere else so I was very happy to take these pictures attached to my review. I love the Kohl's employees, I find that they are always helpful, sure they might be having a bad day but I feel like we have to give everybody Grace in retail. Still in 2023 yes.

Me and my 79 year old father came in to exchange 2 of the pants that I got him for Xmas, Abby helped us out, and she was SOOOOO AMAZING!!!! There was about 6 people in front of us in the return line, and she got the entire line in less then about 5min., she helped everyone with a smile on her face and was extremely nice and polite!!! I just wanted to say what an incredible job she did!!! It was the BEST experience at Kohl's ever!!!

An employee named Josh (Asian guy with glasses) rung me up and was super professional, patient, and helpful. He made the experience 5 stars without a doubt.

Earlier today, I was shopping for New Year’s gifts at Kohl’s. A a super helpful employee (I believe her name was Natalie) was able to help me find what I was looking for very easily and maintained a respectful attitude towards me as a customer!! Definitely a positive experience for me.

My wife and I visited the store to shop for her. Upon completing our selections, we were assisted at the checkout by a cashier named Janet. Janet's demeanor was exceptionally pleasant. She engaged in a delightful conversation with me and displayed remarkable hospitality. Additionally, I encountered another woman whom I suspect to be the manager, and she too exuded friendliness. In sum, the overall customer service I experienced was outstanding, and I look forward to returning to this location. Kudos to you, Janet, for your excellent work.

Friendly checkout gal, smiley. The management went above to help me find a product at the last minute. The staff inside sephora also above & beyond with calling their own dermatologist to make sure I was getting the correct skin care product with the right indgrediants so i didnt end up combining the wrong indgrediants.
I Felt like i was getting the Kardashian Royal treatment, the middle class version of it.

I will always recommend and buy at KOHL'S. The workers are friendly and easily accessible. There was a considerable discount when my wife and I entered the store.

I walked in and asked about mens watches. So I waited for about 2 minutes and out walked the store manager Abby. Abby is the sweetest employee and store manager I have ever encountered at a Kohl's location. She not only answered my questions but actually took the time to sit down and look at one of the instructions of a watch that was not working properly. I am pretty rugged with my watches because I am a firefighter. So she directed me to a watch that will be good for me. 10/10 would definitely be back just because of this customer service interaction. Abby should definitely get some recognition for this customer service experience tonight! I am also happy to say I walked out of the Maple Grove Kohl's location with a watch that Abby recommended and I liked because of the quality!

After I checked out, I realized the cashier did not give me the gift receipts I had asked for. The checkout line was very long so I made eye contact with Bill who came right over to ask me. I told him I had to have a gift receipt as I had purchased items to donate to my local church for christmas gifts for some kids. Bill was very nice and asked the cashier to print the gift receipts. After that Bill and I talked for a few minutes about the staff and how difficult it is for retailers to obtain help.
I know that Thanksgiving weekend is very hard for those who have to work night and day but Bill was so very nice and professional and I actually shook his hand and told him what a great job he was doing to get all the guests checked out. Please give him kudos for caring for his customers like he does. It was a great experience! Thank you!

I Always have had a very good experience at Maple Grove Kohl's. They need to offer more size 8.5 in the shoe department. Can't ever seem to find any when I am in need.

Walking into the store it was dressed up to sell Christmas! Store employees were friendly and helpful. Check out was quick and pleasant.
