Just visited to get replacement headlights. Everyone was very helpful helping me find what I needed. Their customer service was on point. Charlotte and I think his name might have been Joe (sorry if that's wrong!) were just fantastic. Thank you for all of your help. I'll definitely stop back in the future. 🙂

Went in to get new wiper blades for our cars. Staff was extremely helpful and given we had a new car and had already broken one set of blades while trying to replace them, i asked our staff person if they installed them.

They do if they have time and can easily do it. Two minutes later, I was being shown how to do it and how i had errors in my previous attempt.

We love our O'Reillys for the friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Judy was amazing! She helped me get the parts I needed and even printed a page that showed me where the belt needed to be fed through. Would go hear again for auto part needs.

Jerry and Terry rock! Had an issue with an oil filer not seating. The fixed me up and got me a new one. Fixed the problem and I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys.

I visited here on 6/3/2020 looking for windshield wipers and the first thing I noticed was that despite the modest size of the store they carry a lot of products of various brands and that the store itself is clean and well-organized.

Joel assisted me in finding the windshield wipers I needed and went above and beyond to explain to me the different price points and quality so that I could make an informed decision.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. No hassle, no crazy push for updates or bad advice. Bonny was fantastic, holding great casual conversation while working diligently on my order. Other locations could learn from this one.

Everyone has mastered the art of customer service & are all very knowledgeable about the products they carry as well as offering tips or advice when needed & for me, I was grateful for their help installing a headlight bulb when I needed.

Spent time with me and my son, explaining how we should approach the issue we were having with my son's car. Very friendly and helpful!

I went to O' Reilly's in Champlin and walked away feeling good about by visit. I was unsure if I really needed to replace my engine air filter, as recommended by Mida's. Joel waited on me and was informative, kind, polite and so helpful. He even took the time to show me how to check it myself. I was pleased with my experience and will always go back there for my automotive needs, thanks to Joel.

Absolutely love this O'Reillys. They always have the parts I need and are willing to help me out. What amazing patience they have, sometimes I'm human and get upset but they remain calm. 5 stars all day.

You'll get great service here! I went in looking for a rear wiper blade for my 08 Kia Sportage. They didn't have a part in their system, and were trying to help me find a comparable part. The guys working both took the time to check the different parts they had and comparing them to mine, even going out to my vehicle to try fitting them into the wiper mechanism. We couldn't find the right one for my car, or even a part model online. I ended up having to order from Amazon to get a part from the manufacturer, but I still would go back to this location because I experienced excellent service and walked away smiling despite not being able to get what I needed.

Huge shout out to the staff tonight! My car started making loud and scary noises tonight. In a panic, I googled auto places in the area and all were showing as closed except for O'Reilly. I explained the situation on the phone and asked if someone could look at it and inform me what the problem was. I was immediately greeted and assisted when i arrived and the gentleman came to my car to see what was going on. He quickly saw it was an alternator drive belt, showed me what's wrong, explained the process, and sold me the part. I asked if there's any way it could be fixed tonight, and he made some calls and got me into Big O Tires, although Big O had closed almost an hour earlier. I am so thankful for the attentive, friendly, knowledgeable staff that assisted with my problem, and I'm proud to say that my car is now running fine a little over an hour later!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well lit, big store with great selection of whatever you need. Good parking. Easy to get to - just off hwy 169.

Service is friendly and fast. Employees are knowledgeable and won't oversell you what you don't want/need.

Great Experience!! Employee was very helpfull. I needed a break pad for my van and they were about to close but they waited for me to get there before locking up for the night.

I only shop at O’Reilly’s or Napa. They seem to have great quality products and they are usually in stock.
