uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

Came in with a broken Pixel 7pro on Saturday by appt. Staff was friendly and informative. The price to repair was good, they gave a clear time window to get it done same day, and were able to get it done as they said. Also helps that the shop is clean and stocked with some common cases and protection! Very happy with the service and will be using them again if needed down the road.

Having them fix my cracked screen was so easy, and the techs were both so pleasant and knowledgeable! Even though I came in an hour and a half before closing, they still fixed my phone within that time and made me feel at ease. I will 100% recommend this place (I went to Maple Grove) anytime I can!

Had a fantastic experience. My phone was not charging, or very randomly. I brought it in and they fixed it within two minutes. The charging port was clogged with debris, and they promptly took care of it. No charge even. I am very happy and would highly recommend them.

I came by UbreakIfix after I went to see the Geek Squad in Best Buy where they weren’t to assist me. Once I got to UbreakIfix I was helped by Zach who was able to graciously squeeze my concern in at the end of the day just an hour before close. I broke my charger off in my laptop port and he was able to remove it as well as place an order for the replacement port I had broken by putting super glue in there ha. I am so happy to hear my laptop is not broken and very grateful for the service. 10/10 recommend.

My Z Flip had a defective flex display. The repair techs quickly and simply explained what they were going to do and fixed my phone within a few hours.

I will definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family. They are speedy and very nice and their warranty is amazing. With my service they threw in a free screen protector for my iPhone. My son’s iPhone is as good as new.

Just dropped my Google Pixel 7 Pro and cracked the screen. I had Asurion phone damage coverage through Verizon. I filed the claim with Asurion through Verizon and since UBreakiFix are Asurion certified technicians, the claim goes directly to the UBreakiFix location of your choice. I called, set up an appointment for the next day and the phone was fixed within 2 hours. It functions perfectly - no compromises. Pixel 7 phones have the fingerprint scanner built into the screen and this may even work better than it did before I broke it. You've probably passed by this store on Main Street a million times and haven't thought much about it. If you break your phone though, you'll be thankful they exist.

The team was quick and professional! The worker at the desk was really thorough about explaining the process and what steps I needed to take. Overall great experience! Will be back with the next phone.

Technicians were very helpful and informative both on the phone and in person when helping me with my issue. They took what google had made a very aggravating and frustrating experience and turned it around to an easy and pleasant one.

I was a walk in and got taken care in a timely manner. I will definitely return if I ever need anything for my phone. I also found out that they take care of computers. I will definitely be bringing my older computer to them.

My device was under Google warranty and they were super quick on the repair. Did see some of their costs for services and they all fall into where they should be for cost. Will be using again for sure.

Mark took great care. I wasn't having the greatest morning and I kind of took it out on him. I was frustrated and he was calm, cool and collected and over delivered my expectations! Hopefully I don't have to come back, but if if I find myself in the situation again I will certainly come back here.
