Best Buy

I've always loved best buy. I worked there in the 2000s and it's still quite nostalgic to me. It's like walking into a blockbuster. Which, unfortunately is probably how a lot of people feel like because it's so empty these days. However, I was helped quickly and the staff were very nice.

Every time I have been here for the last 6 years every single employee has been great to me very kind and friendly location. They are always asking if you need help without making you feel like they are being pushy in any way. They answer all questions and concerns and have noticed that when they are unsure of an answer they will ask a more experienced associate to clarify. I highly recommend this place.

Omg The best option I've made was to go there. The geek squad were very caring and so helpful and not to say their customer service helping n guide me to get the perfect new computer n products so I could get back to work in no time. Great job.

Got in, got my stuff and got out. They do price match. Great for quickly grabbing something instead of waiting for an online order to arrive. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking and great location.

The employees were all friendly and helpful. Even when there was an issue with the screen protector replacement on my flip 4, the employee offered a solution and will still compete the repair. Will visit location in future for purchases for sure.

These days because there are actual fewer Shoppers in the store the employees were able to help us faster. A display we looked up ahead of time as being in stock in the store was not and had to be shipped from their warehouse. However, shipping was free and they brought it in the house to save us additional headache.

I've been going to Maple Grove Best Buy for 20+ years, the customer service was up and down during these years never that great, However this past Oct. I wanted to look at ipads due to my 3rd one that I bought here was getting old and I wanted to look at one before ordering from Amazon. So I went in and right off the bat I was greeted by a gentleman asking what he could help me with..I said I want to look at ipads he said its right over there and I will have someone meet you. James helped me and was very knowledgeable about the ipads but was called away, but had Moose help me. This young man was fantastic, knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions and I bought another iPad. I was also helped by the Samsung guy and the Geek Squad and had the same level 10 service, Im now rethinking my electronics purchases from Amazon. Im sorry about not remembering everyone's name, but you all were great.

We purchased a new clothes washer from Jon at the Maple Grove location. The whole experience from purchase to delivery was excellent! Jon was awesome and the delivery was professional. We are very happy with the whole experience! Thank you Bestbuy!

Fantastic store!!! These guys know there stuff and....AAAANNND! THE SELECTIONis awesome! I saw a $700 dollar blender, HELL NO! I'll never be able to afford it, but it was cool to see how the rich folks puree in a seven hundred dollar blender what I can puree, exactly the same, in a 35 dollar blender!!! AWESOMMMMME!!!

Maple Grove best buy is nice. I set up curbside pickup for my 65 inch tcl 6 series. I let them know I was there and about 10 minutes later a guy came out with TV. Worked pretty well. I sat in my SUV. We were barely able to squeeze it in my Buick enclave. Huge box, good experience, thank you.

Great store, went to buy a TV on black Friday and they have a guy that knows EVERYTHING!!! He literally knows everything and will teach you and inform you on what is the best for your budget!

I bought an electric bike. The sales associate Max (a very nice young man) helped me pick my bike. He was patient with all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. He made my trip to Best Buy a pleasant experience.

Came to return an item. The return was slightly out of the return policy date range, but employee (Josh) and manager (Joe) were helpful and fair.

They guy that helped with the TV we bought was great! He was knowledgeable, patient and friendly

Shopping experience hugely depends on the associate/sales person that helps you. We went there to buy a Macbook computer and Jack was the person assisting us. He was not only knowledgeable about the products but he clearly was passionate and enthusiastic about computers, their features and specifications. While planning to buy one, we ended up buying two because Jack gave us a thorough explanation on features vs benefits. Thank you, Jack.

Went to store looking for car stereo mic to find out they don’t stock anything like that, so why 5 stars you ask? Well the guy helping me went above and beyond to point me in the right direction, even brought me back to talk with their stereo instal team who were equally helpful Great Guys!!!
Even though the item I needed wasn’t available at the store these guys got me headed in the right direction to get what I needed, they’re clearly about customer service something that is hard to find now days! We need more people like this and you don’t get this kind of help shopping online folks!

Just like every other best buy..... Amazing staff and exceptional customer service

Went to Geek Squad. Arrive 5 min late for my appointment but the place was empty of customer except 1 with a tech. The store itself was pretty empty. Sat down. Never got greeted, never got ask if I am here for my appointment. One guy was at the front 1on1 with a customer. Could say something but understandable. One guy was running around trying to help another customer. Ok. One guy, Z..., was standing around trying his best to look busy. Made eye contact with me couple time. Throwing away labels, looking in bins here and there. Talking to other associates. Finally 10-15 minutes later he came to me and ask, "do you still need help?" Seriously!?!? No I just enjoy sitting here waiting. What kind of customer service is that? 20 minutes later, he said he couldn't fix my phone because I don't have my pen. I would have pay for the pen if that's what it takes to fix my phone. Nope can't fix period. Its Sunday. Its I-don't-want-to-work-today day. Honestly, if he could, I wouldn't have done it anyways. Its $400 job before the pen but with that attitude he would have botched it. I was concern and even ask if they have warranty on their service (30 days if you're curious). Dang bestbuy, you definitely don't have the product/price and now the service? What are you guys? I'm not expecting the 4 season service just check me appropriately.

EDIT: Went back and everybody was super helpful. Gave them 5 star. Maybe it wasn't his day. Will definitely go again, just not for Z---. One guy was on his way out the door when I went to pick up my phone (5 min before closing and my only time and I need my phone for the following day). He open things up just to check me out.
