We went here just to browse as we are totally new to riding. Carson C was beyond helpful and had a lot of knowledge to share with us as beginners. We learned a lot about what to look for in all types of gear and he had a lot of great pointers that we would have never known if we only shopped online for our gear. Would highly recommend going here!

Was looking for a helmet with talking capabilities and a friend recommended Cycle Gear in Maple Grove. Went up there and my buddy was not wrong! Very knowledgeable AST. Mgr. Helped me pick the right helmet for myself and my wife. I am not very knowledgeable about the headsets either and he pointed me in the right direction on that as well. Now most places steer away from sale items, but not this place! They try to get you in the right helmet with as much savings as possible! Awesome experience and I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

They were super helpful with picking out tires for my bike giving me the pros and cons and benefits of each one! Not to mention the stupid good deal of $30 a tire for mounting! All the guys there are super helpful and passionate about bikes and it shows

Very knowledgeable and friendly! They have great recommendations without it feeling like they were just up-selling their better products! Every worker there was a rider so they all had personal experiences with a lot of the products. Wide variety of products as well. 1 stop shop for everything you need to ride safely!

The staff was very knowledgeable and helped me find a helmet that would fit perfectly. Also they installed my Spider ST1 comms at no extra charge. Fantastic job!!

I lost my spacer for my rear tire on my way to the shop, I called the next day to see if it was there and the employee’s did find it and kept it, they did save my day the guys was super friendly.

I went to cycle gear the other day to get the front tire swapped out for my motorcycle. They were very courteous and speedy with their service, only took them about 20 minutes to get the job done! I have been to The Maple Grove store multiple times for riding gear and I would recommend them 100% for any riding apparel or bike parts and tires! I will definitely be returning to their store in the near future since riding season is upon us!

As a person new to good helmets, Hugh was very knowledgeable! He took the time to explain the differences of the brands and com systems. Definitely going back to buy my wife a helmet there.

Bought a tire on the CycleGear website, had it delivered to the store, the guys mounted the tire while I waited and got me out the door in about 15-20 minutes. I know that’s not typical but I appreciate that they took care of me so quickly. The staff has always been friendly and easy to work with. If the store is busy they are usually understaffed so prepare to wait a bit.

Staff installed my cardo coms while I picked up my Forma boots and rear tire that i ordered online. Hugh was friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

Had a great experience buying my first modular helmet. The staff was super nice and very knowledgeable. Was also able to give information about adding Bluetooth connection with intercom. Was in and out in an hour with Bluetooth all installed and connected to my phone. Highly recommend Cycle Gear!
