A place that you can trust! I had a major issue happen with my Audi and they looked into any special coverage warranty (who would do that honestly) IT WAS COVERED. Brought it to Audi for the repairs but let me tell you I will never go anywhere else now for anything car related.

I had a flat tire and needed to be fixed right away as I need to head out of town for the holidays, my tire got fixed right away, the stuff is nice and friendly.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received l. They got me the answers I needed for my corvette when I couldn't find them, and gave me really great recommendations. They talked with me thoroughly when I came in to pick up my car about all the questions I had for them regarding my car and my truck; and I left there knowing I can go back to them anytime and get honest and quality service!

I moved to MN recently. I was in need of a trustworthy and experienced mechanic to help me with vehicle maintenance and repairs. Certified Auto came up on a web search and I am happy to say the search engine didn't fail me this time. Mark and the crew have been amazing with any problems or work I have needed done. When going to a auto shop I always am afraid I am going to be talked down to or given an unfair price. But that is the opposite of what happened here, they are all very friendly and happy to explain what the problems is with the vehicle and the solution to fix it. I had just purchased a 1991 camper van and wanted them to check it out before I took in on a long distance trip. They checked it over very thoroughly and called with updates. Also before they did anything they called to confirm that was what I wanted. Overall a great experience and will recommend them to everyone.

The whole crew at Certified, from the warm welcome to follow up, has been very patient and helpful. They've taken time to fix all issues with our older vehicles. I have had them put in a new engine when my Trailblazer threw a rod. Dave takes care of my car and I never have to worry they are going to take advantage of me because I am a female. They show me what's wrong and charge me a reasonable price and stand behind their work. Integrity is hard to find in business these days but Certified Auto has it.

This time I had a transmission put in! They did it in a day, gave me a great deal and my car runs like she is new! They explained everything they did and worked with me at every turn.
