This was the quickest and easiest way to sell my Honda van. I checked several other online sales sites. The CarMax offer was $2600 more than offers from the other sites and the dealer's trade-in. With my offer in hand, I set my appointment to have my Honda appraised at the nearest CarMax location. Three hours later, I was depositing the payment voucher at my bank. With their friendly staff, selling a car can't be any easier.

I recently purchased a 2019 BMW 330i Xdrive from the Maplewood CarMax location (shipped in from Texas). The entire experience was outstanding. Tony, the store manager, provided excellent assistance, addressing my questions both before and after the purchase. Haoyu was also incredibly courteous and promptly resolved any concerns I had. During the test drive and paperwork process at the store, Gavyn was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Sold my car for the same rate as the online appraisal. Process was smooth. It was pretty late at night and I was going to walk to the bus stop at the Maplewood mall. They saw me start walking and stopped me telling me they’d order a Lyft all the way to my house which was awesome. Originally it was going to take over an hour to get back. Appreciate you guys!

Great customer service. They allowed me to return the vehicle within the 30 day window, as promised, when I didn't love it. Exchanged it for a different vehicle that I do love. I would recommend Carmax to anyone searching for a used vehicle.

This is my 2nd car my husband and I have bought from CarMax. Both times we had a great experience. Our sales associate Ting was in training and could not do the final sale but he was great at getting us the car we wanted. If this car is a good as the last one we got, we will definitely be back. We also like the service shop when ever we needed an oil change or something done to the car. I really trusted them with my car. They always keeped us informed on what was going on with the car. Keep up the good work.

We were at CarMax this week and met with Hayou, a CarMax representative. Wow, does he know his stuff. Hayou was very patient, professional, and kind to us. We had a difficult situation with a buyer and a cosigner and Hayou answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed. I highly recommened workign with Hayou.

I’m 100% aware of all the the things my vehicle is equipped with, along with how to use it. I prequalified online and went and picked up my car!! It was literally that simple. Anyways, you get the point. I don’t trust nobody else, plus the warranty package is the icing on the cake, I drive at ease while knowing CarMax is on my side.
