Update - prices were fixed, and customer service got an upgrade the next few times I went in.

Went to get cigars. Grabbed a large Acid cigar for $11.99 and two of the small Acid cigars. They are trying to sell the small ones for the same price as the big ones.?.? 11.99 for a tiny cigar and 11.99 for the large one as well? Makes no sense. When the dude behind the counter called the manager/owner, she claimed it was not a mistake and whatever it scans in as is the price. Owner has no idea what she’s doing it seems. The logic behind the pricing makes no sense and a 4th grader would have been able to realize that was obviously a mistake. Cool shop, awesome cigar selection…

I went there a few days ago and I got myself an elf bar and it ended up being bad so I went back and she exchange it for a new one. We tried out the new one and Imyself an elf bar and it ended up being bad so I went back and she exchange it for a new one. We tried out the new one and it turned out that one didn’t work either and she was super cool about the whole situation. She ended up giving me a new flavor which ended up working and hitting very smoothly. A nice definitely recommend this place.
